Most orders I get from here are either incorrect or I am parked up when going through drive though. Update 8/2/22 uncorrected food given to us at the drive through window. 9/2/22 uncorrect chicken in wrap.

Shocking service. Drive through time was not what you would class as fast food. Was told thick shake machine was down which happens, however was given medium drink after I ordered large meal, asked for my large drink was given large not even full with no ice, not to mention they didn't give me my sons drink with his happy meal. Will be avoiding this place.

Would give zero if was able to. Thanks again to McDonald’s Armadale for serving dog food. Sunday afternoon (2:30pm), I even had to wait to be cooked and they serve quality like this. This store needs to close if this is an acceptable quality they dish out. If it wasn’t obvious 1 was supposed to be a grand Big Mac and the other a double beef and bacon.

The staff on late night 15/07/2022 to early hours of 16/07/2022 should all be thoroughly congratulated on their stellar service and help. They provided amazing service to me and helped me when they knew my girlfriend was unwell with covid during a busy and difficult time for them. They all deserve a big raise! Thanks guys!

So about 12 of us visited and ordered food and drinks. Serving staff gave us numbers to display on the tables where we were sitting. When the food started to come out, it did not correspond with the numbers! Then the drinks didn't arrive, so we had to go and chase them up. And they completely forgot one order!!! Not good enough Maccas

Meh.. definitely had a better experience before. The burger was straight up cold and missing ingredients, or hardly any of. These guys used to be better, but I guess something has changed. Shame really wont be back. Guess its Maccas after all lol

They almost always have you park if using their drive-thru. Food here is a lucky draw on quality. Don’t get anything delivered from here as they have always missed out items in which I paid for.

Worst coffee and service ever!! Wasted my time for a detour here when I was looking for a quick coffee. Cheap but really bad coffee. Wouldn't come here ever again

Mon. Just ordered a grilled chicken and aioli wrap... Got home and got a crispy one AGAIN, thought i would have learned from all the times it has happened before, but with 4 kids in the car you dont really feel like checking every meal. It SHOULD be right, what has happened to good old customer service? And its not just armadale its every McDonald's, the staff just dont care anymore!

The worst meal of all time. Have been going to Maccas Armadale since was built but tonight on the way to going home 2hours drive away we pulled in to Maccas as normal and placed our order at 6.15pm order 184 includes nuggets and chips for grandson who was looking forward to a happy meal but no boys toys so no point. My wife and I ordered the wraps with crispy chicken and drinks.<br/>After we set of home we opened the wraps as supposed to do and there was nothing in the bottom part you were supposed to hold so on checking the wrap and I use the word wrap loosely was jammed in a scrunched up ball towards the top. The chicken inside was not the strips we were used to but bits and pieces of black burnt meat that could have been chicken it was gross to use my wife's words it was uneatable so my wife resorted to the drink a large sprite no ice BUT one sip and she spluttered this is bitter it was full of soda and no sprite we cannot win with this mess served up to us and we had to pay for it!!!

Staff. I have just been to the McDonalds store in Armadale. Got served right away which was great. They are very busy and it seems that the screen to let people know when their order is ready us either not working or the girl giving out the orders doesn't know how to use it. The young girl was calling out the numbers but it was so hard to hear her, I had to let the people next to me know that their number had been called. I was able to do this because I watched her. When I got my grandsons happy meal there was no drink so I asked if there was a drink, she asked what I wanted and while she was getting it continued to speak to another customer and just put the drink in front of me without another word. Her name is Haley, and I only know this because I asked another staff member. Haley was not wearing a name badge. I know this might sound petty, but I work in customer service and your attitude and actions are everything.

Mcafe coffee through drive through. False advertising or slack staff my mcafe coffee i ordered through the drive through came in an expresso pronto cup took 10 minutes in waiting bay to get it and most certainly wasn't the usual quality iv had before It tasted terrible had to throw it away yuck yuck yuck check photo mcafe coffee not

Simply awful. There is NO quality control in the kitchen. Their staff need to be retrained, (or trained in fact). Fries - half empty, burgers - meat nothing else, drinks may as well have been iced water. Drive the few extra k's down Albany Highway and buy at Kelmscott - way better!!!

Mac crap!. Bought 2 wraps my daughters was split couldn't possible eat and mine had mould on it armadale maccas has really gone to mac crappy!!

Just has grabs Angus, did they cook that patty? Chips were crap. Armadale used to be the best now totally crap!!!

Service and food like it should be - eg - good service and fresh food.

Why take away the Angus???? Whyyyyy :(

The Worst McDonald's for Service. What is it with the Armadale McDonald's? They just can not get their act together. I constantly feel i am being ripped off as there are only prices for some of the food on offer, don't bother asking the staff as apparently they don't know the prices either as its in the computer and they have to enter it to find out the price. There are never any warnings when they remove something from special and if you ask for something to be change forget it they just can not cope. I hate this store! its not the food but the staff and the poor mentality that the customer is "NEVER" right. Take a leaf out of HJ's the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too hard. McDonald's charges the price of a cool drink for a cup of tap water for my toddler we do not drink cool drink and we only have rainwater at home so i like having tap water when we are out. Just have nothing nice to say about this fast food restaurant.

What? No Wi Fi?. Not sure if it is just me and McDonalds, but each and everytime that I visit them to satisfy my boy's hankering for a toy and having to order a meal, the wifi is not on or remains undetectable by my Iphone.

When they put sugar in your coffee make sure they stir it , they never do it!
