Review Caffissimo - Armadale

Paid $20 for a cup of cappuccino and a breakfast burger. Worst breakfast ever. Bacon was bitter, burger was burnt and soggy.

Food was fine but the decaf soy flat white coffee was horrid. Couldn't drink it. Not sure what they did to make it so bad. Won't be buying coffee from here again. The place is inside the shopping centre so I thought it would be a good place to visit. I was wrong. I shall self flagellate tonight.

Got two plates out together and then had to sit and wait a further 5-10 mins for the chips and gravy.

I understand that Perth has some of the highest cafe coffee prices in Australia, but these guys are taking it to the extreme. $31, for an XL Latte, & 2 English Muffins with Bacon & Cheese in them.😳 At that price, I would have expected something pretty darned special, accompanied by amazing service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on both fronts.😔 I will admit that the Latte was good temperature & the muffins were of reasonable Roadhouse standard, atleast.

Ordered 2 BLT s for lunch today Worst ones ever.Toast was cold - fillings not real nice.Chips ?? Coffee seemed ok Don't think we will be back in a hurry

Really good as term of food. I didn't take a picture of it. But worth coming. We had both beef burger with chips. So good party was thick and plenty of chips for single serve..very generous. I'm not local in Armadale but worth to come here support local business

We came quite late near closing and they were fantastic Janice served us and even though she was closing up she could not be more helpful. The food was delicious. We really appreciate her going out of the way for us. Will definitely look up the nearest Caffisim next time we are in Perth

I went to Caffissimo in Armadale for the first time today and cannot tell you how impressed I was. The steak sandwich was outstanding. The turkish roll was fresh, homemade bbq sauce delicious and the steak was tender and moist. The chips were delicious too! The cappuccino was honestly the best cup of coffee I've have in Perth since moving from Melbourne nine months ago. Who'd have thought!! In a café at a local shopping center!?! The customer service from the guy who made my coffee was 10/10! I am flabbergasted by the negative reviews some people have written about this place. I understand the tables and chairs are not ultra-modern, and in fairness, it is not the cheapest place to buy lunch. However, after sinking my teeth into that steak sandwich, I thought the price was totally justified. I highly recommend and will most certainly be back whenever I'm in Armadale!

The best chai latte I've ever had! Most weekends go here for lunch and usually happy with the food. Staff always polite.

Always excellent service, food and coffee. Our cafe of choice at Armadale Shopping Centre.

If your reading this. Don't waste your time going there. Don't give them your money. Go somewhere else and get better value for your money. Where the staff are helpful and are going to cater for your needs.

Its a coffee shop. That is what I expect, that is what we get. Happy with that.

Chips and Gravy should not cost $15!! That's how much I had to pay in order to have gravy on my actual chips. Such a shame will NOT be back. Gravy costs nothing. A deli will pour gravy on your chips but you gave me enough to dip 2 chips! You just lost me as a customer & my whole family!

Quite possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had..3 paper thin dried up pieces of bacon, 2 sausages that looked like they'd been reheated in a microwave, ask for runny eggs and they were basically hard fried...do yourself a favour and get a new cook. At least the young girl serving was polite and nice.

Love their chai lattes. Go there most weekends with my daughter.

My Mum and I ordered the BLT on a panini bun - the lettuce was disgusting! Burnt, overcooked and soggy! There were three tiny little tomatoes right in the middle of the panini bun. Very overpriced for terrible food. Chips were overcooked yet hard in the middle (how does that happen?) Won't be returning.

This cafe us terrible my husband and i spent 43 dollers on absolutely crap food ihad tge beef lasange with chips and salad and my husband had tge fish and chips i also ordered a chocolate frape and on the menu the picture ofthe frape had cream when mydrink came out their wasno cream so dissapointinv and also the chips were soggy and i could tell my lasange was a pre made frozen lasange as i have had it before and did nit like it one bit the only good thingwas the salad and my husbands meal was bad as well it was not hone made fish and i do not recomend this cafe to anyone that wants good quality food

Friendly Service. This cafe is awesome. Food is fresh, coffee to die for and a warm & friendly service. The staff are lovely. The owner actually took time out to ask us if everything was ok and to our satisfaction. Definitely will back again.

Terrible food!. I went in with my partner a week or two ago, was met with a cold reception at the counter by a young woman who looked frankly bored and angry at us for some reason.<br/><br/>Ordered poached eggs on toast, partner ordered chips and gravy.<br/>Egg was very barely cooked and the toast was cold, when I informed the staff the young woman said "it's ok i will put in microwave for you"!!!!!!<br/>My partners chips were cold too, and looked brown and disgusting. My complaints were all but ignored.<br/><br/>Only upside to the whole trip was the drinks- cappuccino and hot chocolate. Both were presented beautifully and the young man who made them was friendly enough.<br/><br/>Went back again recently to get another coffee, the woman who served us the first trip was making the coffees.<br/>Looked disgusting, tasted worse. Not worth going, avoid.
