Review Taste Breeze Indian Cuisine - Armidale

My friends and I waited for nearly an hour and a half before getting our meals last night, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. They brought the wrong food out when we were the only customers left in the building. We also found curly hairs cooked into some pieces of naan, and a few of us were feeling rather ill a few hours after eating there, and still are the next morning.

Very Bad Food. I hope you have health insurance for the likely food poisoning. Lamb Cutlets? More like Mutton. Huge long bones. Meat was Raw in the middle, burned black all over. Chefs Specialty? Chef? Really? The Hot curry was sour and mild. No Chili. Does this kitchen even have any Chili at all? Air Conditioning? It was hotter inside than out. Very slow service with intolerable wait time between courses. The waitress is used to complaints. You can tell by the way she nervously asked if the food was alright. It was anything but alright and I told her so. Are the positive reviews of this place bought and paid for? Because I have traveled all over the country and eat out weekly and this was possibly the worst dining experience in 20 years. A travesty. Show less

This was previously a 5 star review, singing their praises to all who were interested. What a disappointment tonight. Received two wrong dishes. Got burnt entree size chicken tikka. Got a random chicken dish instead of beef madras. Didn't get the raita we paid for. Naan was cold and was at least a couple of days old. We asked for a replacement as per we had ordered. We got the entree tikka size again. No madras, no raita. We got substandard food, ripped off and will not be going back. What a disappointment from what was a fantastic restaurant. Tried giving it to the dog - even she turned her nose up.

Ordered chicken tika and lamb rogan josh takeaway and it took a little while (about 45mins after they suggested we come back in 30) but as it was a busy Saturday night that wasn't too bad! The food was great, well cooked and high quality. Only problem we had was naan bread was relatively expensive for one piece. Will definitely recommend overall though.

Was great to start with and they obviously gave up on life, last order was awful. They had obviously just added water to the dish to pad it out. Sent it back, got another (delivered by a very helpful and nice young lady) and it was awful as well. Ill never understand why people start these businesses and then just let it go downhill, put in the effort FFS.

Pls read this... by far one of the worst take outs ever!!! Now i never review but this had to be done . I ordered 2 mains and rice and instead got under cooked food not what i had ordered and laughable customer service. Went back to complain and they gave me the wrong order again this time almost raw !!! Dont touch these guys with a ten ft barge pole .....

Had dinner recently. Ambience 3/5. Bit cold inside. Perhaps they don’t turn on heating if there are not many customers. Food 5/5. Naan bread 5/5. Fish masala 4/5. Jeera rice 5/5. Service 4/5.

Nice staff good food will be coming back. Atmosphere was lovely and quiet I guess slow night Mondays but very happy.

Absolutely perfect! This place was by far the best indian in Armidale! Highly recommended. Loads of taste and spices were perfect! Thanks for a great meal will definitely be back.

We loved our meals. We started with some Entrees Papdi Chaat, and Curry puffs, We really enjoyed it I love spicy food so when my chicken Jalfrezi came out my mouth started watering, the favour and spices were amazing. The Butter chicken was buttery mouth watering as well. we were so impressed. Definitely 10/10 for great service and mouth watering food. Keep up the great work. We will be repeat customers for sure we want to try ALL your dishes

We have been here about 6 times now. Every time we come away satisfied with the service, the food and the prices. Love the kasmiri naan bread and Nargisi Kofta. Do yourself a favour and experience the flavours..Best Indian in the New England.

All the meals we had were amazing! The aloo eggplant was definitely my favourite. We will be coming back very soon!
