I attended your restaurant on Good Friday between 1-2 in the afternoon, have to say it was delicious. Your burger was so nice I could taste the char from the grill. The service was excellent, quick and accurate. Thank you

It is what it is. Orders are a miss. And cold and gross. Could do with some basic customer service training and manners. No buns. Now no beef. Store is disgusting. Looks like a food fight had happened before we arrived there. This store is a disgrace to the hungry Jack's Chain. We will never be back

Cold food, stuffed up my order, made me wait 15mins in the drive through. When I told them they stuffed my order up, they tried to tell me to go to waiting bay after I had already waited 15mins. This happens every single time. Absolute joke.

Waited 30 mins in drive-thru for a frozen Slurpee, how does this place still run as a business in Armidale.? No announcement in regards to waiting time or what the problem for their incompetence

Still only give the place 3 stars. The standard of the food has dropped since last year, but the customer service has improved. The woman tending the drive-thru today at 11:30am was professional and friendly despite being very busy.
