Terrible experience. The Chai Latte in a reusable cup I ordered, never came. When asked about a refund, they chose not to and were next to almost non-responsive.
I come to this Mcdonalds once to twice every week. in the last month every time i order they make me park my car in the lot and wait up to 15min plus!! twice they have even forgotten my order. I am no longer coming to this establishment ever again with this sort of customer service.
Was told I couldn't have a certain burger due to safety temperature issues and was sold a Burger that was cold anyway?
Coffee was burnt and didn't have the sugar as requested.

I don't often have "fast food" but when travelling it's good to know what to expect, quick hot food, good coffee, pleasant service and clean facilities.
Night shift manager took our order and money before telling us the item was not available (no dramas there) but then refused to refund us the money?? Common decency surely. Literally theft lol, come on at least donate it to Ronald McDonald
