Have had the best coffee , best service from this store. We are Coffee Club customer of many years and never had we received the service we received today outside of our home town Newcastle.
Sam the manager made us feel welcomed and nothing was an effort. Her tables where cleaned and staff happy.

Slow service. When my eggs benedict finally arrived it didn't even have hollandaise sauce on it. It's not an eggs benedict if it doesn't have hollandaise sauce on it. Thoroughly disappointed

Ordered a cappuccino, it arrived too full and had spilt all over the saucer while she carried it to my table. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up myself

Worst meal i have paid for. . Had 2 bites. And still had to pay for it. Small discount. Never going there again. And would not recommend it at all....
