Really nice food and a good experience. I especially like the special fired rice and Mongolian beef😍😍🍱 I would say that it's the best chinese restaurant in this area!
Greasy Chinese food, they offer gluten free options which is a positive, great if you like healthy Chinese food, I would have given 5 stars but when I pay $87.29 and we have free prawn crackers as advised.
I have tried these guy's a few times now.I can honestly say that every time the food is amazingly fresh, and I get delivery,& is always very efficient. Fresh, amazing ,friendly staff. ✌

OMG amazing! The Peking Duck rolls are sooooo good and the honey chicken and fried rice is so classic Chinese. Great job on the prawn crackers too. Yum yum yum

I always order garlic prawns and each time it is always full of big, juicy prawns and the flavour is so nice and not overpowering ! Really good fried rice also ! The ladies who work there are also very lovely :)

Wonderful food!. I had an order delivered last night and was so impressed that I made an urbanspoon account just to sing their praise!
First off, the ordering process was so easy. I went to their website and completed the order in about 5 minutes. A text is sent to your mobile phone to confirm your order and give you an estimated delivery time. You receive two free spring rolls if the order amount is over $45 (which mine was) and can add any additional comments as you wish. The delivery was on time and the man who delivered the food was lovely.
Now for the best part, the food! My housemate and I ordered the following dishes: Honey Chicken, Rainbow Beef, Vegetarian Singapore Noodles, Vegetarian Tofu Combination and Vegetarian Fried Rice.
It was all amazing. We are rather picky when it comes to food and Yummy Palace certainly delivered.
It was probably the best honey chicken I have ever had. The meat dish (rainbow beef) was so generous with the meat to veg ratio. Normally when I get a meat dish most of the container is just crap vegetables and onion.
Delivery was only $3. The food was incredible and the service was fast. I will definitely be eating from there again.
We get take away from here occasionally, it's not great but they are always quick and you can order quite late. Good of you're hungry and it's late.
We love this place! The staff are friendly and the food is fresh and tasty. The decor is definitely nothing to write home about, but I think they do more takeaway orders and deliveries. Each time we dine in, there are a lot of people coming in and out for takeaway, but hardly any1 eats in.
One of only very few Chinese restaurants in Melbourne that offer an extensive gluten free menu. The restaurant is very basic consisting of approx 4 tables. This place does more takeaway business than anything else. We ordered large special fried rice, sizzling chilli prawns and beef in black bean sauce. Service was fast and we were served by a very friendly lady whom i suspect is one of the owners. The food was excellent (for a very basic restaurant). Our bill came to $46 which i consider to be well priced. It was even better knowing that i was eating gluten free. Well done Yummy Palace i will be back.
I love this place! Such cute staff and meals are cooked so quickly!! Reasonable prices and BYO! They do very well there!
The combination omlette and dimmies are out of this world- more than makes up for the dull/depressing decor...
Yummy Palace is a nice little place tucked in busy Union Road, offering an extensive Menu of Chinese food to Take away only (no dine in at present time)..
The food is quite delicious and portions are good in size.
The restaurant made a mistake with my order but I only found out afterwards when I got home. Disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered but what impressed me was the owner called me to apologize after seeing my review and offered me complimentary meals for next time. Demonstrates this restaurant actually cares about their service and values their customers. Will definitely continue to support!
