Dreux Bar & Restaurant

I engaged Aiden and the Team at Dreux Bar for my 40th Birthday and they did not disappoint! Having attended previously for a work function, I was familiar with the space. After an initial conversation with Aiden, he provided all the relevant details and was very clear about how everything would run and also my obligations. (A number of reviews here have complained about not being informed about security requirements upfront but this was not my experience). I organised my own DJ, some decorations including a balloon garland, and a photo booth. Aiden was more than happy for me to provide the relevant 3rd party suppliers with his contact details in order to organise set-up and drop-off/pick-up times. I was thrilled to arrive early on the night of my event to find everything set-up just as we had discussed! 2 weeks later my guests are still contacting me to comment on how great the food was, and what a great night they had. They were also very impressed with the service provided by the wait/bar staff. Aiden's experience ensured my tab ran right up until 30 mins before close. And the intervals the food was served was perfect. I must also commend the security staff. They were polite and courteous and helped arrange maxi-cabs at the end of the night. Throughout the evening they engaged with my guests, and I even caught them having a chuckle when the evening concluded and before leaving, we insisted on singing the NZ and AUS national anthems and performing the haka! 🤦‍♂️ I cannot thank Aiden and his team enough. Given the recent lockdowns, I was anxious about everything going to plan as I had family flying in from overseas and interstate... all meeting each other in person again... some for the first time in 10 years! I held my birthday party at Dreux Bar in April 2016. Aiden and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Menu and drink options were great. The night itself went without a hitch - the DJ arranged by the venue was perfect. There was heaps of food and all of my guests raved about the service and the venue. Thank you Dreux Bar - I would gladly recommend you for any function.

I held my engagement party here and it was lovely, the venue is fantastic! The staff are friendly, accommodating and inviting. The food was fantastic, and there was plenty to go around, all of my guests had a great night. I can't thank Aiden and his team enough for such a wonderful night! :-)

Had an absolutely incredible experience at Dreux bar! The staff were very friendly and the owner Aiden was great to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure the occasion was perfect. The establishment itself is very beautiful and classy, even the restrooms look amazing.
