My partner & I booked here for an Anniversary breakfast. I ordered a Veggie Stack and Iced Latte and my partner ordered a Big Breakfast and Long Black.

Fantastic view of the Swan River. Went there for breakfast The meals were great. Coffee was above average. Staff were a bit off today but were very apologetic. The building is a bit run down but you're there for the view off the river. Would recommend it for breakfast. Plenty of parking
Arrived to enjoy a dinner before our family members departed to the eastern states. Ordered drinks using the app which seemed handy but waited 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Excellent setting on the Swan River. Menu has some interesting selections that arrive at the table looking delectable. Service was prompt. Prices reasonable. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded so cross table conversation was possible. I would recommend.
Great view and a nice dining setting, which I'm guessing is what you pay for as the food was greatly over priced for what we got. The main sometimes just larger then the entrees, but double the price.
The interior is nice, but the feature atriums had mostly dead plants in them which takes a lot awa
Saturday lunch, bar staff did not know where menu's were. We were only offered 1 gin available at the bar. Then after trying to find a menu by looking in the store room, I became concerned. No steak sandwich or burgers for lunch. So unless you want poor service with 5 Star prices go elsewhere.
