I got a 9 inch for myself. Wasn't the greatest snack pack ive had but it was up there. The meat at the end was pretty hard to eat because there was too much chicken salt and the meat got real salty. Great owners and great atmosphere however, definetly a great place to go.
Best HSP in Sydney by far. The portions are huge, chips are very well seasoned and the sauces are generous. We ordered the massive snack pack and it was enough to feed 5-6 of us.

This place is 5 min walk from where I am staying. I like their kebabs and also their pide, serving size is generous and also they cook it fresh i.e. everything is made to order. But the only drawback is they have few veg options. Service is quick and they are open till midnight that is plus for this place.

Love this place. They’re chips are cooked perfectly and they are very generous with their sauce. If you come here you need to try trio sauce (bbq, garlic, hot chilli)
Generous servings and great, friendly staff!! Visit here once a week for the Turkish pide or snack pack. Would highly recommend, probably the best kebab place in the area.
The fries are not too dry and not too soggy - they are soft on the inside, reminiscent of soft Maccas fries (definitely the best kind of Maccas fries). The 3 shaved meats are incredibly soft and juicy which negates any dryness the fries may have had. I find the sauces thicker and creamier than some places. I ordered garlic and hummus which compliment the meat very well and provide a sharp tartness to contrast with the meatiness- leaving you to want more.
If you're looking for a cheap eat that is guaranteed you satisfy your belly, and looking to have a long catch up with friends under cool fluorescent lighting, then I highly recommend Metro One.
Get the lamb HSP with garlic and chilli sauce, cheese and grilled onions. Trust me it’s gonna change your life forever. The chips were a little undercooked for how I like them, especially on a HSP I think they need to be more well done but other than that it was pretty good. Bit pricey but it was huge so worth it but maybe more than you need for 1 person. I dunno I was pretty baked anyway so I still ate it all.
Metro one have fantastic snack packs. They are easily one of the best options in the area and would considered by many to be top 10 in Sydney. Chips are on point, sauce is generous and while the meat isn't as good as the best of the best, its still quite flavorsome. Add in super friendly service and long opening hours and you have a winner, especially for a late night meal.

I HAD MY FIRST HALAL SNACK PACK EXPERIENCE AT METRO ONE AND I FELT TRANSFORMED. IT HAD ME SPINNING, IT HAD ME THINKING, IT HAD ME SATISFIED. ITS EVERYTHING I NEVER KNEW I WAS MISSING. I WOULD GIVE IT A MILLION STARS IF I COULD. THIS WAS THE BEST MEAL I'VE EVER HAD IN SYDNEY AND I CANT CONTAIN MY EXCITEMENT AS YOU COULD TELL BY THE CAPS—IM LITERALLY SCREAMING.
Great place, went with friends and the HSP here are really good compared to other ones. The food was amazing. Quick and tasty.

We went to this restaurant because it was listed as one of the best ones by the Halal Snack Pack Appreciation Society. Their Halal Snack Pack is definitely better than the ones I have ever tried.
Quick post on Metro one kebab. Located on the main strip of Ashfield, its the perfect place to get a late night feed after a big night out if you're headed that way. If headed south go for Brothers kebab on Princes highway. Recommend the mixed snack pack of beef and chicken kebab meat with chips and loaded with a mix of garlic, tomato and bbq sauce.
10/10 everything except the meat itself. I felt the beef and chicken weren't very flavoursome. Could've been more juicy in my opinion.

I went there last week with a friend. We went there to specifically lose our HSP virginity. So here goes.
Signage: forget/10, didn't notice the signage, we were too starving to notice.
Greetings: 7/10, friendly enough but no "brother"
Service: 8/10, not the fastest and best service but not that sluggish anyway. We waited for about 10 mins or so.
Packaging: styrofoam/10
Chips: 7.5/10, a teeny bit to soggy for my taste but still has decent kick
Cheese: 9/10, melty sticky goodness
Meat: 9.5/10, beautifully seasoned slices of mixed meat
Sauce: 9/10, Holy Trinity that goes really well with other elements. As The Dude would say, it really ties the snack pack together.
See, the chips part by itself isn't anything special but the integrity of the ingredients is just off the charts.the sticky texture of melted cheese, flavourful meat slices, spicy and sweet Holy Trinity, they were all solid. This very dish left me craving for another feed of HSP for the whole next week.
Verdict: 9/10, will come back for more
Halal snack pack is awesome and quite cheap too! Ambience of the place is loud and friendly. Its also open till late which is a bonus.

Everyone at Metro One seemed to be there for a Halal Snack Pack. And for $14, the small one is enough to feed at least two people. It's like a cacophony of flavours all shouting at each other. And for that reason alone, it's probably better consumed when you're not sober
We came here after doing some grocery shopping in Ashfield, unaware of the accolades that had been showered on this place. We ordered a kebab and a snack pack.
There is plenty of room for improvement regarding service; however, food is fine, particularly for how much things cost despite being Turkish street food. Not much to say about ambience but it was interesting to see an 10 or so people enjoying a communal dinner over a huge (~$50+) "halal snack pack", embellished with writing in sauce.
We would probably come by this place again if we were not feeling like other options and only if we were in the area.
I have been dining here for years now. This place has always been one of my favourite places to eat. There was a huge bloom in the HSP scene around dec 2015 to now and Metro One has really put their mark on the map as being seen as one of Australias best kebab stores. I reccommend this establishment very highly
Ordered an HSP (mixed w/cheese), and I was really satisified.
Greeting: 10/10, before we could say anything he telepathically knew what we wanted and asked "snack pack brothers?" - was with a mate.
Signage: 10/10, neon lit, very halal.
Meat: 9/10, hot, tasty, and plentiful. Very generous amounts of meats and distributed well. Only downside was that there were some burnt bits.
Chips: 9/10, fresh, well cooked and crunchy. Needed a little bit more salt.
Sauces: 9/10, got the Holy Trinity (BBQ, garlic, and chilli). BBQ was fine, garlic had a bit of a fresh zing to it which was nice, and chilli was not too hot, and not too mild. Could have been a little more generous with it.
Packaging: 10/10, stryo
Other inputs: sizing was generous and was fully satisfied. My "friend" couldn't finish his. Pricing was $13-14, can't remember specifically, but was worth it.

Probably one of the best mixed HSP's I've had in Sydney.
The meat was juicy, the sauce(s) were a 10/10 in proportion to the lot and the cheese/chips were absolut. Also had their rice pudding which was delicious.
Great atmosphere, music and TV playing and you can see the charisma between the workers and the customers.
$15 for an HSP is a bit pricey for how much you're given though, up to interpretation.
Ordered a hsp, the meat was a perfect flavour and a beautiful texture. Chips crispy and well salted. Service here was superb, all workers were very welcoming and chatty. Took some time to cook but it is evident through the quality of the food that a lot of care was taken.
Metro One Ashfield, where do I start. First off it's a family business and I absolutely love going there. They're always very friendly, and they greet you inside like you're stepping into your own home. Their Kebabs are fantastic, the doner is great, but the chicken is even better. Their garlic sauce is off the chain, and it tastes sensational. Their highlight dish is definitely their Snack Packs. Their snack packs are huge, and combined with BBQ, Garlic, Chilli sauce and cheese you are in for an amazing time. If you're out looking for a good greasy snack, a snack pack from Metro One satisfies everything. I love going home, and would recommend to everyone in the inner west and Sydney to have a go.
Looking for comfort food? Slightly hungover? Looking for a thick feast? Metro one is where it's at - order halal lamb snack pack, bbq and garlic sauce, cheese. Frothin' . I couldn't even finish my snack pack it's so filling, but lunch for tomorrow will be a treat. Service 5/5. Were really fast despite being packed with twelvies making requests for cute love notes in the boxes written in sauce . They served it still very happily.

Sauce: 9/10 Chilli was awesome and had the perfect kick, garlic was extraordinary and home made, could have been a bit more chilli as the tasty garlic sauce was overpowered at times

Best halal snack pack in Sydney metro.
For $30 he makes it in a pizza box for a group of 3-4. He makes sure that the chips are all level that the cheese is fully melted and his sauce drizzling skills are as good as an artist painting the most beautiful picture.
Been there once for a Chicken Snack Pack. The quantity of the snack pack was good. The taste was good. The rates are a bit high. The staff is good and friendly.
Great place for a kebab and even better for a halal snack pack. Get the usual with the holy trinity and you won’t be disappointed. There are various sizes for all occasions and plenty of drinks to choose from. Parking is a bit difficult and wait times and prices are both pretty reasonable
Superb place for a Kebab or Halal Snack Pack (HSP) in Sydney. Came with my brother last week for a HSP and we ordered the mixed HSP in a 9 inch pizza box and the dish itself was ABSOLUTELY something!!! Chips were freshly fried, meat was well seasoned and their garlic aioli was COMPLETELY out of this world unlike no other place I've tried!! The restaurant can also do HSP in a small, medium or large styrofoam box or even in a pizza box that I mentioned which can go from 9 inch to 15 inch!!!
Definitely will be back when I return to Sydney!

When HSPs took over Western Sydney in 2016, a majority of our mates laid claim that Metro One was a stand-out experience. Although late to the party, we finally decided to go and boy did it not disappoint. It was everything we expected from a high quality HSP - juicy mixed meats, freshly fried hot chips, a generous coating of garlic, bbq and chilli sauce, and finally some melty cheese to combine it all together. What solidified it as the best HSP we’ve ever had though was the fact that we didn’t feel bloated, or oily, or gross after. Don’t get us wrong, it was a dirty feed. But we weren’t left feeling guilty and with an oil spill in our stomach. Also extra points for the lovely lady who served us!
Definitely a legendary spot in Sydney - everything you could ask for in a kebab shop! Worth the trek out.

This is a great place. Have been coming here for over 20 years. Great value for money. Kebabs for $10, piled high with meat and veggies, become fat juicy rolls in the hand. Massive HSP with melted cheese and the right amount of sauce. Iskender kebab (a favourite) isn't on the menu anymore but they'll make it if you ask... I think it's still run by the same people, and we love getting them from this place.
Best Snack Pack in Sydney!! Meat is completely on point , not too chewy and not too salty but plenty of flavour in every bite. The workers are extremely friendly making your time there more personal and intimate. Highly recommend getting the snack pack in a box to add to the Joy of chowing down a glorious meal.
