Normally subway is me and my partner’s go to for lunch. But at this store, it was the worst one we’ve ever experienced. The customer service was terrible. It was shocking! She didn’t smile, greet us nicely, with this customer service it can really drive customers and service away.
There was also a small amount of chicken bites placed on my partners sub. They didn’t get microwaved and the sub wasn’t toasted properly, so he was very disappointed with his subway.

Honestly, if restaurants could have zero star ratings, subway Ashfield would TOP the list! Ordering the usual with my flatmate, we came across a sandwich with a squeeze of ignorance for customer service and a real lack of general flavour. Cheese barely hit the oven long enough (first sign), no spinach nor lettuce available(second sign)…meanwhile this is 2:30pm and they close 8:30pm (third sign). We politely asked if we could get some, but the older vanilla Indian simply swayed her head to her younger employee, with the sense that it was too hard to get some more from the fridge (fourth sign). Working in the hospitality industry and just really wanting something refreshing to break this cold weather, and we got stuck with two ignorants for lunch.

Average Subway restaurant. Wasn't really clean when I visited, the
Staff were miserable and seemed it was the end of the world to sort out my order.
No toilet facility’s if you need to release a six inch before consuming a footlong.
Try the wholemeal steak and cheese toasted with double meat lettuce tomato and jalapenos with the south west sauce. Cant go wrong 😊

Your food was okay but can u please educate your staff how to use the sub card
As far as I know we can use it with contact number as well. But the lady at the service was saying that she can not add the sub card with contact number.
PLEASE EDUCATE THE STAFF.

Easily the worst Subway in Sydney. I have given online orders 3 times; and they'll only start making it if you ask for your food. Even though there's no one waiting. Talking in Hindi mostly and service overall is below par.

We recently went to Subway in Ashfield Mall and ordered sandwiches, they were fresh and tasted very delicious, especially from under the hands of the wonderful girl Jaspreet .Thank you very much and good luck to you and all the staff.👍🌹🌯👏

Unbelievable
The Indian staff that work there are extremely rude! They roll their eyes all the time. Also the Indian lady that works here today at 4 needs to be fired she is unbelievable and super rude and just NO!

The Indian women that work there are extremely rude and have absolutely nothing of costumer service plus my Italian B.M.T was super cold and I asked for toasted.
