This is the first of the milk tea chains to come to Sydney as far as I know. Still gets a few customers in Campsie. Had the match red bean milk Tea,it was nice though I feel other places make it better

The young man working here (venue now called epic tea) most of the time has served bubble tea many a times now. In my experience the service has been great and even on the busier moments i can say i leave happily with a yummy bubble tea in hand. Would recommend.

They do the BEST lychee milk tea with lychee jelly! The staff is so kind and considerate. The serving size is SO MUCH better than other bubble tea shops. This is my favourite tea place in Sydney. I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service is very bad... the staffs always talked each other and didn't care customers who ordered. Bring back the regular size cup!!!!! i use to get easyway 4 times a week, i loved it, although ever since they got rid of the regular cup and now call the *large cup* a regular size really annoyed me. They want over $6 for a large easyway that i think is way too big in size. I only purchase now once

Very disappointed when I got home to see that the staff got my drink wrong. I asked for STRAWBERRY GREEN TEA not STRAWBERRY MILK TEA. I even said twice, I never said 'milk'. i ordered a honeydew milk tea and a coffee milk tea. i expected them to ask regular or large but they just said the price which was $12 and gave me my large milk teas. Also can you please have workers who can speak up. The people who i had didn't really speak so i kept having to ask them to speak up
