Long Times i came back this shop. Asian Staff instead of Lebanese and they look so friendly. I Usually eat toast & Preads with Peanut but they sold out. They recomend for me try with Some Greentea matcha butter and look so great. Tks for all...need improve english skill....
I accidentally walked through the Zara'z Espresso because the Hercules st. in ashfield Station were being constructed, I became a regular customer of the restaurant. Simple but very friendly, friendly staff, barista boss has a good style of serving up a good cup of coffee.
Saturday I often accompanied friends to eat breakfast, gently chat together.

So I have been going out of my way to go Zara’z espresso for the last couple of months simply for 1. Exceptional and homely service
2. The aromatic smell of freshly grounded Toby Estate coffee beans breezing up through your nostrils, heightening your senses after a hangover and like the coffee addict you are, you know your in for a treat.
3. My number one pet hate is when milk is frothed shit (excuse the profanities) but when your getting Creamy mustache worthy froth on your upper lips from the head barista at Zara’s, you thank the Coffee Gods for finally finding a coffee hub that KNOWS the go everything coffee.
4. Food, so I got the Halloumi Salad, simple dish but as equally easy to screw it up, over cook it and it and becomes upsetting real quick, but I don’t know who the chef is but THANK YOU and your magical hands for amending my taste buds with these rectangle melt in your mouth slabs of GLORIOUS CHEESE!!
Inner west Sydneys most under rated Cafe. I don’t know about you but I’m over food presenting great, but the soul and character is unfortunate and cannot be photoshopped. No pun intended.

Zaraz Chicken Deluxe: grilled chicken fillet, bacon, spicy aioli, fresh rocket, avocado and tasty cheese PLUS I added the slow cooked pork with Asian dressing 🍔
More simple then my usual dirty order....but I loved the peppery rocket and nice texture of the Asian pork. Soft buns and gold condiments make the world of difference. Thanks Zaraz 👏👏👏
Love it! One of the nicest cafe's in the area. Very impressed with food, service and atmosphere. Reasonably priced too. Easy walk from Ashfield station.

Food took a little while to come out given we were the only two people in there but was very tasty and the coffee was good strong coffee flavour cutting through the milk which I like. I had scrambled eggs on toast which I have every Saturday morning and my brother had the Truffle mushroom and scrambled eggs with baby spinach on gluten free bread and he enjoyed his as well. We just tried them because they were the top rated Google result in the area. I think maybe they could put some plants or something like that around because it's a bit industrial with the train line across the road and the metal and glass apartment block it's in.

I used to come to this cafe frequently last year and I rated it 5 last year. Sadly I came in today to find it has been taken over by Asians. Coffee was very bitter and a bit cold. The eggs used to taste great from previous owner but today you can really taste the really cheap oil they use now. Also the menu stated my eggs roll to have BBQ sauce and aioli. It came out with chilli sauce! Finally the bread was very hard and stale! I won't be coming back here. Ashfield Wests do a much better breakfast than here!

In other hand in regards to the fact that our business has been running for almost 2 years (from 10/2015), and for the bacon and egg roll we normally don't put chilli sauce on it , as in fact we have don't have any chilli sauce.Still looking forward fro your visit in the cafe and will give the best shot we can.

Fine Coffee, Fine foods and brilliant staff. Usually most places that offer fine quality miss the mark, however Zara'z exceeds your expectations of quality.
Highly recommended to anyone that wants simple, well presented great food and coffee.
