Review Uber Caf - Attadale

Michael Bushell
Amazing coffee, amazing staff, always friendly and accommodating. Always been a weekly stop in for us. I even sneak down for the odd bacon n egg roll coffee combo during the week. Great value.

We’ve been looking for places that do gluten free pancakes that doesn’t taste like cardboard. Uber Caf makes these gorgeous ricotta pancakes that are just to die for. Their chai mix is high quality, using real spices and tea leaves, which was a real treat. Will definitely be back

14 of us came for lunch at Uber Caf today and all of us were beyond unsatisfied with our experience. The lasagna taste like oily cardboard, the steak burger (which was in fact a bagel ?? ) was average with large clumps of hard butter in it, no side chips or salad offered and barely any filling. The floors and windows of the restaurant were filthy as were the ceiling fans - not to mention the glasses were filthy and smelt of wet dog. (I didn't even drink from one but I could smell it from 1m away) The toilets also looked like they haven't had a clean since the beginning of time, even McDonalds can do better than that. Service was about the only good thing we experienced. A shame as it's a great location with lots of potential and good coffee. The place needs a serious overhaul.

Best coffee latte I've had since I arrived in Perth. Friendly staff. Separate table for smokers and water bowl for dogs. Great find. I pop in every morning while walking the dog

Had a truly terrible experience at Ubercaf. We waited for our food for 1 hour only to be told that they had lost our order and could not find it in the system, gave us a refund with no apology and sent us out the door. A sincere apology would have made a world of difference...or even a free coffee, but neither were offered. We will definitely not be going back.

Nice place for breakfast. Classic dishes well prepared and not over priced. Trend setters currently decamped down the street and Uber is much the better for it. You won't be disappointed.

Coffee is quite nice, friendly staff. Imo take away food is overpriced & if u want cheese on any item, its $3, yes that's correct 3 bucks!! Find that a joke, should be a dollar max.

Good food and variety. Plenty of seating choices, indoor/outdoor. Friendly, efficient staff. Dog friendly.

What a lovely little cafe!nothing pretentious
just great coffee, awesome food, well priced and very friendly staff.
The gingerbread house was a nice touch😀

Visit Uber often for coffee and grub, always good. Service up and down, would be great if they knew the difference between a short macchiato topped up and a long!

Canned mango on a handful of spinach leaves and 8 prawns for $25? And when I took it back I was told they'd 'run out of fresh mango' but are directly next to a fresh green grocer? Pity they don't try very hard here. Pricey for what you get. Not recommended.

Lovely coffee, friendly staff (and friendly customers too - they must put something in the water - everyone seems so happy!)
I had the porridge recently - very yummy!

Ordered the avocado smash for breakfast. The avocado smash was done really well, but the poached eggs on top of the avo smash were overcooked and dry, the yolk was not runny. Coffee was great! All items on the menu were well-priced.

My meal was quite delicious (pancakes), however my iced coffee was so disappointing.. Literally milk and coffee.. No sugar, no ice cream. I had to ask for some ice cream in it because it was so bitter and unenjoyable. My friends meal was such a let down. The poached eggs and salmon, it was literally sitting on a bag of raw spinach (way too much). The potato rosti's were raw and cold! When the waiter collected our plates my friend informed her that it was raw.. She simply looked at her and said "oh ok" and then walked away. Terrible service. We then waited to speak to what looked like the manager chatting away to another table for a solid 15 mins. Once we finally got her attention my friend informed her that she was unhappy with the meal and she bluntly said "what would you like then?" "A refund for the rosti or?". Unbelievably terrible hospitality. If a customer is unhappy because of a completely justified reason (raw food) there should be no question about it. Refund - end of story. My friend ended up getting a petty $4.00 refund. Lift your game uber.

Maybe I'm being a little critical but $20 for a steakburger and not a chip to be seen. Am I being too presumptive to expect chips to be served with a burger? (Particularly one that set me back $20) Wish I took a photo of that poor "little" forlorn burger on the plate. I left Uber Cafe hungry and disappointed.

We have used Uber Cafe on two occasions for catering recently. The selection available made it easy to satisfy both a young hungry party crowd to a relaxed afternoon sun-downer. Highlights were the hot pulled pork/beef rolls and marinated prawn skewers. Oh, and the little lemon tarts were also a hit. Thanks Uber

Sticky date pudding wasn't that nice, i had better from a premix... Burger was ok. The specials that they had last time was pulled pork but took them ages to make... Easy parking so that is a plus...

Have breakfast and lunch here all the time, food and coffee is delicious, friendly staff and lovely set up. Would definately recommend
THE ILLUSIVE FEMME
Food was decent, but not a lot of flavour. The rosti cakes were burnt and too soft - wasn't sure what I was even eating. Coffee good but won't be back.

Chorizo, Haloumi, Fried Egg, Spinach and Tomato Relish in Tortilla. Haloumi was a bit dry, and tortilla was a bit hard, otherwise it tasted good.

Have also had the maple beans and pork with toast. The beans were good, but the bread came with way too much butter on- it was literally dripping off the bread.

Lamb slider. Tasty, with generous amounts of fall-apart lamb.

Ricotta pancakes = amazing. Came here for breakfast last week for the first time and didn't really know what to expect. got the breakfast special which was a smashed avocado and feta dish which was nice. mum had the ricotta pancakes which were AMAZING! you could tell they had literally just been whipped up, super soft and beautiful. i had food envy.
coffee was good but could be a little hotter.
all in all it was a good morning and definitely will be back!

EAT. We love Uber, this cafe is a welcome addition in Attadale. Everything and I mean everything is cooked on site. I think we have tried almost every item on the breakfast menu and keep going back for more. The Coffee is sublime and tea is served in the old fashioned way, teapot and real china cups. Big tick from me/us.

Great variety of food!! Came here for breakfast and lunch and both were great. Coffee was fab and a very friendly group of staff! Definitely recommend!

Extremely disappointed!. We decided to go there for lunch after seeing the good rating they had on urbanspoon. Well...the smoked salmon bagel was ok but the cream cheese was one hard blob slapped on, the chips were ordinary (might have come straight out of the packet) and the pumpkin capsicum and rocket (I thought it was a slice but was actually a very eggy fritatta), served cold, were really disappointing. We both ordered chai latte which was actually warm milk with a hint of spice -worst chai latte we've had! So would we go back again? Definitely no! It's a lovely cafe in a quiet neighbourhood but if they want to charge big prices, big improvements on food and service please! Or maybe it was because we used a voucher from the Entertainment Book...
Mumbiz
Expensive, small serves, coffee lukewarm (even though we asked for hot), dog poo everywhere on path which needed cleaning up by cafe...staff inexperienced or not interested...won't go back. Too much effort!
Yum
Good Coffee and Cake. We popped in to use The Entertainment Book coupon and were pleasantly surprised. The orange and almond cake was lovely and moist. The brownie got top marks. Good cappuccino.

Really friendly cafe. Good food, good coffee, good staff and good location. Well done.

Amazing 10/10 !. My mum and I had breakfast at Uber Caf over the weekend. Coffee was smooth and just the way mum and I like it. We shared the home made Ricotta Hot Cakes with their home made butterscotch sauce, fresh chopped banana and cream on the side. Service was fast, friendly staff. 10/10 :) Love this place, will definitely go back!

Little Gem!. I love this place! Been several times now and never fails to impress. Fantastic coffee and amazing cakes- always something different and delicious. Fabulous fare- excellent quality and tastes and I love their home made relishes and sauces. The steak burger was sublime! Lovely atmosphere and staff, I'd be there every week if I didn't live so far away.
Cassandra
Friendly efficient service... Really fresh delish food...lovely way to spend an afternoon... Locals should just love this place!!!

Definitely would not come back. There's only one person who is taking orders and making coffees at the same time. There was only 2 other customers in front of me but I still waited more than 10 minutes for a cup if coffee. The coffee did not taste good and who charges extra for takeaway coffee nowadays!!!

I have now been to Uber Car for breakfast, morning tea and lunch and all three experiences were fantastic. Great fresh food with lots of gluten free and healthy options and so refreshing to find a cafe where all the cakes, slices, muffins etc are freshly made on premise. Daily specials add to the regular menu that has something for all tastes and everything is good value for money. Friendly, prompt service from Justine and the crew means I will return.

Impressive selection of gluten-free goodies and lunch options. Nice coffee, but not spectacular. Cakes, muffins, slices etc. quite expensive with the cheapest being $4.80 (even the gluteny ones). Lunch options looked great coming out of the kitchen, but again $$$ at restaurant prices rather than corner cafe.

Friendly staff, inoffensive muzak, and both indoor and outdoor seating.

I'll return if ever meeting up with a gluten-free friend but the overall prices mean this place won't become a regular haunt.

Great for Coeliacs with heaps of gluten free options that taste amazing! Have found my new favourite cafe

Wonderful little cafe, has a great vibe, tantalising menu and friendly staff. This quality, non-chainy coffee haunt is a much needed addition to the bare attadale cafe scene.

Fresh ingredients, tasty lunch. yummy home made cakes, good coffee and tea
The Macadames
It is a small cafe tucked away in the Attadale shops and when we arrived it was packed full of families (many with prams). So literally packed full of families. Uber Caf is open for breakfast and lunch and is BYO – which would be handy for locals who want to have a boozy lunch or champagne breakfast. This is one thing about Perth that has taken some getting used to – the lack of BYO cafe’s and restaurants. My husband… to be, went for the smoked pork and maple beans on toast (and an egg on the side, but I forgot to order it oops), and I decided on the french toast with creme friache and berries. I am pretty sure I ended up with vanill
