I was lucky enough to dine at this fabulous place last Wednesday and had the good fortune of sampling the coconut Dahl which was amazing!! �Previously when the cafe was under the old management I was disappointed, however with the new owners in place the experience was exceptional. The staff were lovely and the food was wonderful. I will be back and will be spreading the word ��

Absolutely love coming to nourished. I am gluten and dairy free and it is nice being able to go somewhere that has something you can eat and even gives you options. What's even better is it's located in beautiful Avalon! Love xx

First impressions were great, the cafe was lively and buzzing with atmosphere. I tried the Anzac cookies which were delicious and a nice hot latte to go with it. I wish I'd had room for something more substantial as all the food coming from the kitchen looked very scrumptious. Well done Nourished, I'll be back.

For a campos venue the coffee wasnt that great. Really busy atmosphere with a solid organic range. Very quant for the area. Bustling cafe. Hreat variety of dishes.
This is a gem. On a hot summer day, after swimming. The coconut juice is cold and full of flavor. The blue drink has the thingy sour flavor that I like. Very refreshing. Food is no nonsense tasty and also nicely presented. There were a lot of customers on Saturday. Staff are friendly. Please tell experience.
My hubby and I had a delicious lunch here. We are always happy to frequent pet-friendly places . I wasn’t that hungry so I had the soup which was delish. Hubby had the chicken salad which was plentiful and yum!!
I heard they changed owners a while ago and was on a rare trip to the area and after wandered from my car park past several thai places, bakeries and old style cafes in search of some healthy and tasty vegetarian food, and I got exactly that. There was plenty of choice, the portion size was generous, tasty and more so very filling. Great coffee (remaining vice) to wash it down and I was on my way. Reasonable value I thought for the serving size, type of food and effort they seem to have put in for the flavours and natural ingredients.I love the vibe of Avalon and Nourished is staying my cafe of choice when I get to go up there.

Fantastic buzzing, wholefood cafe in the heart of Avalon serving everything that your body will thank you for. Started with an immune booster juice (apple, carrot and ginger), and a dirty soy latte! Stunning presentation! The spicy bean and corn nachos w organic linseed chips was moorish and tasty. The wood-fired salmon bruschetta was so smokey and full of flavour with a generous dollop of avocado, a refreshing salad with a green goodness dressing, accompanied by top quality soy and linseed toast. Loved the fact that the generous serving of toast was to the side rather than traditional bruschetta! Coming back to try more of this wholesome, delicious menu! Worth the trip!

When A and I first started following Teresa Cutter’s website a few years ago, we noted that Teresa Cutter (deemed ‘the Healthy Chef’) had a café in Avalon, Sydney. Unfortunately, we didn’t get around to visiting her café during our short trips to Sydney however we made the special journey a few weeks ago, driving directly from Canberra to Avalon to sample lunch at what used to be her café. Teresa Cutter is now no longer involved with her business partners at Nourished in Avalon Beach however the menu items are similar to the recipes found on her website and the café still maintains the same idea of Teresa Cutter’s healthy way of eating. Lifestyle Personified. What already impressed me as we sat down was the extensive and imaginatively crafted menu. Juices, smoothies, kids selections, breakfast (until 1pm) and lunch items had to be read in earnest and detail fro me to realise that the kitchen must have stocks of so many varied ingredients. Each menu item is provided with a guide to dairy free, gluten free, etc and also have a final quick sentence on how having this item can positively help your health. Peter and a break start with carefully chosen selections of mushroom, egg, sourdough, beans and typical Aussie stuff. I had salmon carefully mixed with rocket, cashew nuts, quinoa and more - this produced a rewarding texture and taste for my palate. What I further loved were the smoothies, thick, wholesome and generous - whether it was Antioxidant or the Green Supreme! The coffee blend served is Campos. I was amazed when chatting with tone of the counter staff when he told me that the place opens at 6am every day (for only up to late lunch). The location is strategic, just round the corner after turning into Avalon parade after the main road. And across the main road is the glorious Avalon Beach! Many suffers and beach goers just casually walked in to have their cuppa and share of grain based sustenance the Sunday morning we were there.
GREAT FOOD AND COFFEE WITH A HEALTHY SLANT Portions are generous and tasty. We tried the breakfast wrap and the granola muesli (you can choose from three types). Great coffee and lots of gluten-free options: a real Byron Bay vibe. If you're feeling really healthy grab a cup of their free chlorophyll! Watch the Minor birds and Lorikeets steal the sugar sachets from the outside tables.
Had a late dinner here. Staff very friendly and obliging even though they were close to closing time. The food was good fresh and healthy but all the virtue was ruined by a slab of apple pie big enough to feed two (or three!). Good coffee quite a hang out for locals at breakfast.
Best Avalon coffee, Campos, friendliest staff, fastest service. Dinners pretty good too.
