We always love coming to Villa's - the food is amazing and such generous portions. But we love the service the best, girls are always friendly and attentive - very quick to take orders and the food comes quickly too. Love it!

A nice little Italian restaurant in the burbs. Massive servings. Friendly staff. And affordable prices. Even better they are byo alcohol and don’t charge you corkage.
My favorite restaurant. Great waitstaff, large servings. Beautiful location across from the lakes and you can sit outside with great coffee and cakes. I would highly recommend.
An excellent local italian eatery. I have been to Villa Da Vinci a number of times over the years and have yet to have a meal at fault. Service is always attentive and portion sizes are good.
Just had the best chicken parmigiana of my life here. My husband ordered his favourite, the paella, and was happy as always. The pollo Picasso salad is also a fantastic choice. You do question if a salad is worth $31 but you do not leave regretting the purchase. Villa Da Vinci’s is a bit pricey, we definite don’t come on a regular basis, but the food is exceptional.

Great Italian in Ballajura, always have a great meal here, have been going for years now. Love the Fettucine Da Vinci and the Pollo Picasso Salad - everyone always has a great meal here. The pizza's are great for the kids. Staff warm and friendly. Have had a couple of large special birthday celebrations - booked the alfresco area, they have always been accommodating to our requirements. thanks guys
Hearty food, big servings. Generally quite tasty and satisfying and the food always taste fresh. Pizza and pasta special nights are worthwhile and I would recommend visiting during these times. The cakes (when made in-house) are really nice too! Try the sticky-date pudding cake with ice cream if it is there when you visit next!
Really nice food. Very enjoyable dining experience overall. A little on the pricey side for family dining but totally worth it as everything was delicious and generous portions. Will defintely return.
Dined here after hubby recommended it. There were 6 of us, we ordered chilli mussel as entree; theses were amazing and the biggest serving ever! Nice and fresh, just enough spice: mains we ordered 3 Chateubriand, two vegetarian pastas and a soup of the day.
The Chateubriand was delicious ! The meat was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were nice and creamy and the vegetables cooked spot on. The mushroom Jus was one of the nicest I've had.
Our only complaint was that the place was not licenced, therefore had to go to bottle shop as we were not aware. Also it wouldn't hurt if they lit the place up a little more, it was quite dark and gloomy. But over all was excellent and will definitely be back!
Hands down best place for dinner anytime of the week. Beautiful alfresco lakeside dining area. Food is fresh, tasty and will leave you full for days!! The parmigiana is probably the biggest one I've ever seen, worth coming here just for that! And if you have any qualms with the service, ask for Joe (owner) and he'll treat you like royalty :) Best local Italian ever
I have been here twice and the food is amazing! I had pastas both the times i was here and it was real good. It was the only two chicken pasta dishes on the menu. Havent tried the pizzas but would love to give it a go. The portion sizes are large. The wait staffs are friendly. Outdoor seating is recommended by me as it has a great vibe. A must go if u r around the area!
We had dinner here last night. The food was excellent. We love they don't charge for corkage. The service was quite good apart from one waitress who was very rude and just slammed the wine glasses down on the table without even looking at us. Her attitude needs improvement. Apart from that we really enjoyed it.

Went here last night and the food is good but the service was pretty bad really , all the food came hot and at the same time and like I said was good but the service was a 1 out of 5 for me , like the byp tho
Friends of ours have been raving about Villa Da Vinci for years but we hadn't tried it until recently - now we love it! We usually order a few different dishes and share amongst us. Most recent visit was a Wednesday pizza & pasta specials night and we fed 4 adults and a very hungry 2 year old for $82! Great value for money, generous portion sizes, friendly service and BYO with NO corkage! They also do takeaway. Highly recommend for a quality family friendly local meal. Definitely a new favourite.

Even though i had to wait a little bit for the food it has never disappointed. Best Italian restaurant I've been too. I would defiantly rate this above expensive places like Moto Maio at the Crown Casino
A Regular! Love Love Love. The service is amazing, the portions are huge when you just need a big fat bowl of pasta in front of you and it's BYO. They have plenty of space, so last minute reservations for two are usually fine. The salads are even delicious, if you want to be good. I could not recommend this place enough, especially on a Sunday night when you're not in the mood to cook.
I visited on Sunday 4th January for a set menu dinner to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. We had a table for 14 in the alfresco area which was spacious and a beautiful setting. The staff were wonderful on the night and in the lead up to the surprise dinner, including producing a personalised printed menu for the occasion and handling I'm sure many, many phone calls and emails with my father who isn't the best at communicating and organising things. The food was delicious, every course was beautifully presented with large servings and the timing of each course was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. Everyone had great things to say, even some harder to please relatives, so well done on impressing them! I look forward to coming back often. (I'll try and add a pic of the menu if the app allows)

Best salad I have ever had.... Dined here tonight with my husband and another couple. Service was fast. Ordered Chilli Mussels and a Margharita Pizza with Italian sausage for entrees. Both were delicious. Pizza definately one of Perth tops. The Thai Beef salad was to die for. Was absolutely delicious, flavoursome, fresh and filling. Best salad in Perth.

Great italian food, very bad coffee. Let me start off saying for the price you pay you get big portions of quality fresh food. The service is pretty good. Have been here numerous times. Owner is a bit out there and should learn to be less hands on with customers.
The pizza is some of the north of the river.
The big drawback is the coffee. They use a machine that doesn't make cream in an espresso and makes it like water. Anyone with a coffee background or an Italian background will loose it over it. Only drawback

Recommended. From personal experiences with friends and family, Villa Da Vinci staff have always been exceptional and the price for their food is very reasonable. I recommend the lamb shanks or any of their amazing pizzas.

My favourite restaurant!. I have never had a Penne Arribiata as good as from here. It is amazing! The Pollo Picaso salad is also up there and the best salad I've ever had. Love the byo drinks. Hubby can even bring some beers. And there is no corkage. I love there is also a takeaway menu if we want to be sloths on the couch at home.

The Service was good. The servings were huge!! The food was tasty. You feel like for once you get your money's worth. A little noisy but you're satisfied when walking out of the restaurant.
Never been let down by the authentic and gourmet Italian food from here. Althought I've heard it's a bad place ice been here several times every year and there service has been fantastic we get our drinks and entrees within 5-10 sitting down then minutes after we have our food. Highly recommend the penne pesto con pollo good serving size flavor is amazing and it's ok priced. Had my 21st here out In the alfresco and they got all of us 40 ppl fit in apart from waiting for a whole to be served within 15 minutes we ALL had our food. Can't complain thanks guys will always come back
Local fav. Villa Da Vinci is the closest italian restaurant near my place besides Topolinis. Although I am not a regular here, but I do visit this place on numerous ocassions. The food is always great, and the serving is huge! I always struggle to finish my main when I order entree. A must try is the nutty caramel sundae! It was amazing.
My mum, her friend and I had decided to book a table at the last minute, left a message on their answering machine but didn't get a call back so we braved it and went there as soon as they opened. They somehow didn't get my message, but they were very accommodating on such a busy night (at least 3 or 4 big groups on that night), made us comfortable and brought us in. We were all very thankful. Food sizing is VERY generous and very competitive prices. Food came out quite fast and soooo delicious and full of flavour. Will DEFINITELY be coming back. Don't forget it is BYO and no corkage fee. And did I mention they do split billing?

The food is always of an exceptional quality and definitely worth every dollar! I have tried also numerous dishes and have never had a complaint they are all delicious.One of my personal favorite dishes being the lasagna however. I also went their for a Christening and they had platters of amazing high quality food, I would definitely also reccomend it for any birthdays or occasions.
Service is impeccable and they are always prompt. Food is delivered always in a quick time frame.
Great place to go in summer as well because you can sit outside in the beautiful weather and look over at the park which the kids can play at too!
Good family restaurant. My partner and I came here recently with my daughter because we just wanted a quick and filling feed. For a starter we got the turkish bread and dips, which is a definite favourite for me, and the garlic prawns which were very good. For our mains we got a carbonara which my partner raved about and I got the salmon special which was amazing. The food came out very quickly which was excellent as my daughter didn't have to wait very long for her meal. We came here again tonight and got the turkish bread and dips again and got a pizza and a chicken pasta for our mains. The pasta was HUGE and definitely worth the money. Villa da Vinci is very family orientated, the waitresses are lovely and the meals are great value for money.

We spent a pleasant australia day/eve at villa da vinci. The staff were friendly and prompt and it was no trouble at all to present my 3 year old sons pepper pig cake with all the bells and whistles and without the begrudging "cakeage" fee that many restaraunts see fit to slug you for. Stupid me read the reviews prior. Silly coz i knew without being told that a tucked away local italian restaraunt off the main drag and overlooking a lovely park and lake would be popular...and yes noisy and yes catering to a less, shall we say refined palate. But if you want perfect rissoto in 20 minutes...you will be disappointed anywhere you look. I
had the barramundi and patted myself on the back for ordering the overbearing sauce to be well contained on the side.
I will say though...less is sometimes more. The massive servings must add to what i and many other contributers have singled out is that is expensive for not necessarily the finest, freshest produce cooked to far from white linen gourmet. Shave 1/3 off each meal and either shave the price accordingly or match it at the market with local , fresh produce.
Just got back from the most wonderful meal. We have been patrons a number of times and have come away satisfied but not in awe. Tonight was something else. I had the Barramundi and King Prawns which in my opinion was the best fish dish I've eaten in a long while. Possibly ever. The fish was sublime and the brandy, garlic cream sauce matched perfectly. The scalloped potatoes were the best ever. The serving was huge.
My wife's spaghetti vongole was delicious too. I admit I didn't have much of hers as I was too preoccupied with mine.
It was such a lovely experience that I'd be happy to go back (can't wait in fact). Very happy to recommend this to others.

Fantastic. Well what a night. Top class food, service and quality. After reading the bad reviews I thought this place has gone down hill because it's been a while since I've been. We had a table of 20 last night, 24 August 2012 and could not fault any of it.
The pizzas were the best we all had anywhere, and whilst the prices seem high at first, the portion and quality soon fixes that up. And no corkage. Big saving on a group of 20. Plus they have a cute private room for up to 40 people. Great coffe too. Well done guys.
Always delivers. Been going here for years. always good service, even on busy nights. big servings and great atmosphere. prices have gone up a bit in the last few years, but its still a family favourite and would recommend to anyone. get the sirloin steak or the thai beef salad! om nom nom
Brilliant, please and going again!. First time there last week Friday with my partner, meals were fabulous ate everything, I had the chicken parmigiana, and my partner had a dish a cannot recollect the name but it had a pastry base and inside were mussels with a green sauce, he said he loved it, was salty the way he liked it! also great service, the staff very friendly and polite! Definitely going back!
Went for the second time. The chilli mussels were sublime! Some of the best ever taken. The Saltimbocca Romana was delicious and substantial. The only drawback was my wife's paella. It was salty to the point of being virtually unpalatable. When I queried this with the staff she explained that a few customers had similar remarks, however the seafood nature of the dish made it saltier. I feel if they are going to take this line and stick to their guns with the recipe, then a warning on the menu or from waitstaff might be a good idea. That said the staff were great and we will be back.
FANTASTIC- WHAT MORE COULD WE SAY. What a fantastic surprise to find a restaurant that actually delivers what you ordered and more! The food was excellent-wood fired rack of lamb- the best in Perth we've had and delicious gourmet pizzas. It is impossible to eat it all as the sevings are huge. Its not just the quantity you get,the quality is freh and tasty. The service we got was superb- no wander its packed out whenever we go AAAAA+
This is a great hidden treasure it offers BYO and theeala are very generous in size the wait staff are keen to help and there is always a buz in the place the out side os much quieter but in side is where it os happening if you are looking to a quiet meal for two this is not your place if you want to catch up with friends for a good time And good quality food then look no further. The shanks are to die for!
People are Dumb. This restaurants reviews demonstrate what is wrong with a site like this. not everyone should have an opinion as people are clearly stupid. this restaurant has been expanding more and more and is always packed. if it is soo terrible why do people keep on going back?

Best local Italian Restaurant!. Always go there with my bf because they serve awesome food! BIG servings!! totally worth it if you go on the day they have specials e.g. Wednesday nights when they offer pizza/pasta/chilli mussels for like $15 each. The chilli mussels = awesome! The garlic bread is pretty good too, except the quality is inconsistent.

I went to villa divinci's on the weekend and had a great time, it was busy but we hardly had to wait for anything. One of the dinners at the next table wanted to completely change how a dish was made and nothing was too much trouble. I had the best pizza and my friends had pasta dishes which were big but they were offered by staff to have a take home meal, great for next day lunch. We didnt have to pay for corkage and although a little too noisey inside which i mentioned, a waitress offered to move us to the alfresco area which was heated and quieter but we declined, but the offer was nice. I don't know how people can complain about this well priced, nice resturant, well done we will be coming back
I've been here twice and had pasta and risotto as well as trying my partners food and I think its really good. Seen all the bad reviews about it being bland - I can't see what everyone is talking about. seasoned well, smells great = tastes great. Not sure I would attempt a meat and veg dish when you can get that in any old place. BYO is an added bonus. Go here for pasta/risotto.
Great Value!. Having grown up around the area and seeing many restaurants in this place come and go, it would have been appropriate to be suprised to see this one last so long .. however the service, food and value for money always keeps me coming back and now I work fly in fly out, it makes the visits in between longer but still worth the effort to travel so far to have the food!
The Chicken Parma is probably the favourite for me as its a REAL piece of chicken, not the processed thin cut you see at most other places. And the size is massive!
The noise of the kids can be a bit annoying, but choosing wiseley on what time you go can mean a peaceful dinner with good company.

We had a wonderful birthday party lunch. The chilli mussels are to die for. The steak was cooked to perfection. The portions are very generous. The atmosphere and the service was excellent. Highly recommended. Making arrangements to take other members of my family for lunch soon.
Great quality food. Love the calamari (order entree size if you want dessert) Be aware portions are not small for majority of dishes. Staff are welcoming and friendly. This is my go to when visiting family in WA for both dinner and lunch.
Tonight I ordered through website thinking it was being delivered. After food not arriving I called the restaurant to be told for delivery you have to order through Uber eats not the website as that is pick up. The man on the phone who was very pleasant said he would speak to his manager. They then asked for my address and said they would send a staff member with the food. With in 15 minutes I had a man at the door dressed like a chef with our food. Also the food was amazing. That is the best customer service you could ask for.
Came for lunch yesterday, and wow I was blown away.
The garlic bread was absolutely to die for, and the pasta was some of the best I’ve ever had. Coupled with amazingly friendly and personable service from a young waitress, the entire experience was marvellous.
I will definitely be back, thank you Villa Da Vinci!

Great did, terrific atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and service was great. They really looked after our group (of ten, plus 2 toddlers). Everyone said they enjoyed their meal.
Excellent location, easy parking and beautiful outdoor scenery. Steak was cooked to perfection, Chilli mussels are to die for, definitely return to try the other dishes on the menu. Friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend
