Drive thru order for us tonight … placed our family order with a few requests & changes to our orders I was told it would take a little longer for what I had asked for but it wasn’t a problem …I agreed - paid and I was asked to park in car park … a few minutes later one of the guys bought a small ch
Ordered 5 takeaway meals. When we got home and separated out our orders, we found out that 2 of the 5 meals were incorrect. The store is a 15 min drive from our house, so I wasn't gonna waste another 30 mins of my life on this store.
Asked for a Rippa Box and did not get what is advertised on the web site. Asked for a extra 4 tenders as advertised on the sign. They ran out of stock. Take down the advertising. No happy at all with my experience.
Always fast and lovely service. Never had an issue with the food.
There is one guy in particular (I think the manager) that is always so kind and lovely to chat to. He loves greeting my dogs in the car!
Food is quite slow even when there are few customers. The shop is quite dirty with sticky floors and COCKROACHES! The drive through is generic though but still a bit slow.
What a joke of a store, takes 10 minutes to go through the drive through and much the same going in store.
So much for fast food
The place was dirty with food on the floor in the restaurant and the bathrooms where discusting ordered chicken the bottom of the box was floating with orange oil threw the lot in the bin and walked out.
Good chicken rolls.. got short changed hard but.... I'd already left the premises...doh!!
