Drive thru order for us tonight … placed our family order with a few requests & changes to our orders I was told it would take a little longer for what I had asked for but it wasn’t a problem …I agreed - paid and I was asked to park in car park … a few minutes later one of the guys bought a small chips to our car and said sorry for your wait to which I said thank you ~ wasn’t a problem .. a few minutes later our bags of food were ready and the lovely girl full of apologies for the wait bought them to our car … WOW …..So well done Red Rooster one & all … Well done ~ very thankful to you guys for your kindness and well above any customer service we have come across in a very long time …. Our dinner was lovely hot fresh & enjoyed …. Sweet Potato Wedges were especially awesome …Good Job Guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Always fast and lovely service. Never had an issue with the food.
There is one guy in particular (I think the manager) that is always so kind and lovely to chat to. He loves greeting my dogs in the car!
