Kids love pancakes 🥞 and I love veg omelette. Enjoy your breakfast with the best view of lake wendouree. Omelette is vegetarian so it is halal friendly, for Pancake we were not sure about vanilla ice cream so we ordered without it but still taste the best. Excellent friendly service.

Food was great, the service was very mediocre.
First the food, I ordered the Atlantic salmon, the fish itself was a little on the small side but the dish was hardly empty, my salad and quinoa filled the bowl and it was filling. $32 for this, a touch on the expensive side. All of the dishes for our group (14 people) came at the same time which was good.
The service however wasn't so hot. 3 drinks went missing and we had to ask, and an extra drink no one ordered arrived. They were also a long time coming. The food took 45 minutes to arrive after we ordered

Loved this place. It has a really nice atmosphere and vibe. You can take a seat overlooking the lake and have your breakfast. So many people jogging, walking their dog or rowing outside and it's just all happening. The space inside is great and nicely decorated and clean. Lots of outside seating too. The food is good and there are lots of options. The portion size and quality are good. Coffee is great. As soon as you sit, they take the drink order which I loved that because your coffee will come to you pretty much as soon as you are ready to order your breakfast. The service is fast and staff are super friendly, helpful and approachable.

Nice spot to sit outside for a brunch, tons of nearby parking. Food was good, service prompt and unobtrusive. QR codes are on the tables so you can order online but it was a bit of a nightmare so we had to go to the bar and ordered there. Overall a good experience.

Not only does it have a nice view over Lake Wendouree, so try to get there around sunset. A good menu and a somewhat too eclectic range of beers, but their garlic focaccia is beautiful and you can talk to your dining companion without having to scream over the music.

Not very impressed. Has gone downhill since last time I was there. Salt and pepper calamari was tasteless. It was luke warm. Over priced too. And asked if we could substitute chips for wedges we were told NO you have to buy wedges as a side dish. So not very helpful either. Not going back in a hurry.

Went for bteaky unable to have bread instead of a roll, ciabatta would have been way nicer than a wrinkled supermarket bread roll so slightly warmed for my bacon and I think egg ,drinks ok and colouring in for kids, BUT the ladies toilet wow, I judge a venue on many things , seems a long time maybe since anyone inspected the cleanliness , rust in the corners from the toilet brush holder, under the seat a petculiar colour?? I did offer feedback yesterday so hoping someone remedied the ladies loo way not acceptable !! Maybe I'll sneak back and check them out??
