Had a very good Japanese food in a while. Very delicious, very authentic chicken katsu curry, agedashi tofu and tempura. Will come again.
Due to the queue during lunch break, I tend to call and order for pick up- works great! Food is great too! I love their sushi, bibimbap and bento box choices! Vegetarian friendly as well.

Sushi Nova is great value straightforward Japanese that doesn't skimp on flavour. Really delicious menu items with a good level of variety. Sushi is top notch too, probably the best in Ballarat.
Best Aburi Salmon in Ballarat, the Spicy Chicken Karaage Donburi bowl is also good, could do with more rice :)
Authentic Japanese restaurant. I love it so much. The Japanese curry with chicken katsu was so delicious. Agedashi tofu had a great texture and seasonings. Veggies Tempura and tofu bento was a bargain! Additional miso soup for $2.
