Review Pizza Hut Ballarat Dine In - Ballarat

Visited on Monday Public Holiday Dinner The good: Friendly and helpful Staff The bad: Dessert Machine (non existence). Drink Machine Broken. Salad bar looks very tiring. Pizzas are all same dough classic value range. No sanitising station. People walking around without mask. Price paid over $20 with holiday surcharge per person. Gave four star because of friendiness of staff. Otherwise 1 star.

The family and I were excited to come here. It reminded me of my childhood. The kids loved the pizzas and so did we. However we got there at opening 11:35am there were 2 brownies only at the dessert bar. My mum and dad were there the night before and saw this. These brownies were stale and we asked to bring out fresh ones. Massive difference. The service and pizza was wonderful. Not much choice on dessert though. The floors were so dirty with food on the floor, flies inside the restaurant and cobwebs on the windows inside. Please take better care of hygiene practices. We can only compliment the pizzas though.

The male staff member on Good Friday was lovely and warm. The pizzas are alright. Cannot expect too much for the price. Edible and was a life saver as there was nothing else except Maccas open.

For what you pay it's good! We paid around $20 for lunch per person and there's choice of 4-5 pizzas, desserts and unlimited soda refills. For the price you couldn't ask for more.

Me and the kids were so excited to come to Pizza Hut Ballarat today. We were looking forward the the entire experience of all you can eat and the salad bar and unlimited drinks. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. We were the first people in the restaurant. THE FIRST AT 11:31. The first thing I noticed was there was no food cooking and no prep happening. All the lights weren’t even on. The next I noticed was how disgusting the drink machine was. It clearly had not been cleaned from the day before!! I notice the floor was sticky and my daughter even slipped and fell to the floor in one area it was so dirty. I was surprised that the salad bar had already been set-up. I refused to let anyone eat from it cause I was not sure it hadn’t been left out from the night before. The windows and salad bar looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. The garlic bread was stale and the chips were not fried, they looked like they had been baked? The pizza was ok, but I have had better from Pizza Hut!! The staff were nice, hence the 1 star. I would like to come back sometime but until they learn to properly clean and manage their establishment I will not return.

Great service from a helpful staff member, she seemed to be the only employee working. We had the All-you-can-eat and it was great value, particularly impressed that the staff member told us we could request a pizza and she would bring it out. The pizza that was hot tasted great, there was also chips, garlic bread, pasta and salad. Just a heads up no chicken wings included. Dessert was delicious, there was icecream, mousse and jelly available. Would definitely be back next time we stay in the area, LOVE the 80s charm of the place.

I have been here around 10 times over the last 10 years coming from Melbourne. It is the last remaining pizza hut that i am aware of after the closure of Tralagon and Shepparton. The staff are friendly, but everyrime I visit the place get more and more run down. It was very unfortunate that no ice cream machine was available on my visit on NYD. I can get pizza hut anywhere... but a desert bar style from the 90s pizza but can only be found here in ballarat... no ice cream machine = experience lost! Hopeful they replace it with a twin flavour machine and have bananna soft serve .. if only!

Staff welcoming and doing the best they can with the amount of people dining there. But wow this place is so run down. There weren't enough staff on to clear dirty tables. The people dining there had 0 respect for others and food and napkins were just left on the floor. I felt sorry for the staff having to clean it up. When we arrived a family was paying to enter and then they asked for a plastic bag as their daughter needed to vomit, the family didn't think to take her outside no they just did it at the counter. If you care about your own personal health and would rather not get covid I don't recommend coming here 😬
