Great Dim Sims and spring rolls. Reasonable fried rice. To people who review this badly because of lack of choice try to realise this is a specialty take away and they do it well. Now that some other take away's have stopped making their own dim sims (blaming covid) this place becomes even more valuable.
Simply the best dim sims and spring rolls in Victoria. Forget that south Melbourne junk it doesn't compare. It's worth the trip to Ballarat just to stock up. Best if stocking up to ring and pre order. Update May 2022: Not open lunch time anymore and have also heard it has changed hands.
