Did only try the pale ale which was good. They had a pasta offer for 10 dollarydoos because it was a early night (before six). Pasta was good. Sticky date and pecan pudding was good. Good service, huge facilities that were kind of empty on a Monday afternoon.

The best pale ale I have ever had, and the food was also spot on. I had the pleasure to meet the publican who was up for a good yarn.

A nice range of beers in a well kept and comfortable environment. Service was ok, but they kept trying to hurry us along, even though it wasn't a particularly busy time. A bit disappointed with my meal - had the lunch fish 'n' chips. The chips were cold and the fish was over cooked.

We found this brewery/bar online and within an hour drove from Geelong to Ballarat to try it out. The decor was very cool, and the brewing vats are visible from the bar through a glass wall! If you love a beer, this is the place to go in Ballarat. Stumbled across it the other week walking from the train station (very easy to find if coming from Melbourne). Pete behind the bar knows his stuff and the pale ale was a winner. Well played ACB.
