I had to update my reveiw due to going again today.
Wish I could give 0 stars, it was disgustingly filthy like hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time, and if their not cleaning where we can see I can't imagine how disgusting it must be where we can't đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘,
wish they would make it more obvious that they've changed and are using a cabbage lettuce mix cause I had no idea until I found the cabbage in my burger but honestly my least favourite part was the saddest chicken patty in my og burger I payed 30 for 2 meal for me an my dad and it was a massive waste of money.

Me and my extended family (11 people) ate dinner here and the chicken was absolutely tasteless! It was oily and definitely missing salt and half of the 11 secret herbs and spices. It was so bland! Same with the nuggets. And the burgers were tiny and so disappointing! I have visited many KFCs throughout Australia and this is definitely the worse! We only ate it because we were so hungry.

Absolutely appalling. Floor and tables full of food scraps and chips, the chicken nugget go bucket was half filled, three barely warm nuggets and soggy chips. As for the popcorn chicken, i was under the impression that they used the lid to scoop out the chicken, but all we got was a pathetic couple. Awful.

Wish I could give this 0 starts, stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken had multiple working look at us and didnât even acknowledge us. Went in for 10 chicken wicket wings and only got 6 and they offered us a salad to replace the other 4 also wanted a frozen Pepsi and it was âdefrostingâ so had to get another flavour. Absolutely Ridiculous, get it together kfc.

Donât think this stores food quality even deserves one star.. we ordered drive through takeaway .. the chips had so much salt we couldnât even consume them.. the chicken was so dry and over cooked and had funny oily after taste .. we binned the whole meal.. never going there to eat again.. disappointing and waste of $25 dollars.

5 stars purely for Jacob tonight. When we ordered he said âk-f-c- you at the next windowâ and at the window said âhave a zinging nightââŚâŚwhat a legend! Made my daughter smile! Great employee right there!

If only staff were capable of remembering to provide serviettes. 99% time they don't. How TF any business can so consistently fail one simple task baffles me. Gen Z'S brains seem to be too Kentucky fried

My daughter went in to order because the drive through went out onto the road.
Two people got served before the girl serving was told not to serve anyone else until the drive through was cleared.
My daughter walked out in disgust.
Wish I could give this place no stars.
