Review Furlong Pizza & Donner Kebab - Ballarat

Gone downhill badly! We have been ordering Furlong pizzas for several years and it had been about the most consistent pizza place in Ballarat. We hadn't had it for a few months and ordered last night, expecting it would be the same as it had always been. So disappointed. Toppings were extremely scabby. We used to always eat half and save half but last night we ate the whole lot! The pieces could be folded in half, there was that little on them. They used to always have a very generous amount of toppings and there's no way you could have done this. Prices have gone up and standards have gone way down. As people cut back on discretionary spending due to inflation, it's suicide to destroy your product like this.

Good taste and best toppings for the price of a Pizza. Staff is friendly and they are punctual with their given time for your order. They need to put prices for other special variety of new Veggie pizzas, though not a reason to rate them any less. I’ve been here ample number of times and I would still visit this place till I’m in Ballarat. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever had veggie pizza. Additionally, the toppings they give for the price they charge is exceptionally good. My other suggestion...you should try the new variety of veggie pizzas which are really good, a bit expensive compared to other pizzas. But, it would be okay with the quantity of toppings.

The pizza was a weird flavour. We ordered chicken bbq and it just didn't taste right. Even though the service was great we're not going back

Worst pizza ever ! Not even cooked properly! Kebabs were cold over and hour and a half for delivery tried calling the place he made out like we were liars ! Will never go there again! Have been going for about 3 years and never complained before absolutely disgusting behaviour from the person on the phone

Placed a large order with my family for a get together. The Hawaiian pizza i ordered was the wrong base (looked and tasted like GF which is awful from there) i called to speak about it with them as every other pizza ordered was perfectly fine and the response i recieved was appauling. The man was completely obnoxious, spoke over me and would not take responsibility for this at all. He aggressive tone was that i needed to bring it back into the stpre at 8pm in pouring rain and freezing temperatures with a toddler. I will never order here again. Disgusting service! In reply to your response, at no point was there any offer to replace whatsoever. There were many people that heard the conversation and how rude you were. After the many excuses of the dough not being stretch correctly etc your only offered solution was for me to come out at 8pm at night in the pouring rain so you could see the pizza and only then would a replacement be disgust. Your customer service was atrocious!

The pizzas here would have to be the best in town. This was my first time here, but won't be my last. I strongly recommend this shop.

Awesome pizza, had the Hawaiian, kebab and tandoori chicken. Really yummy, delivery was $5 and was delivered before the expected time! Ordered online using their website, really simple to use. Pick your pizzas before ordering via a meal deal as cannot see the toppings in the meal deal screen for each pizza. Tandoori chicken is a little bit spicy, very tasty and full of flavour. Kebab pizza is really yum, as you would expect kebab meat and generous ingredients. The Hawaiian was really good, plenty of pineapple! Not sure why you would bother going to the chain pizza places when Ballarat has so many options for great pizza.

Tried the kebab lasagna for the first time and if was yummy. We had the HSP and falafel as well. It was a fast service and the staff were friendly. Overall if you are craving for some HSP in Ballarat, this is the place to go to. However, it's bit pricy compared to other restaurants.
