One star for the avarage food, if they let me do a take away tea at sitting down table I will give it a two stars. Lots of rules applies here, if you are not from here or know this place well enough.... there are much more better cafe to choose from.
Despite an empty shop, you have to take your three year old and sit in the rain not their shop if you order their food for take away.. an absolute joke and terrible attitude

Was back at cafe today and was wondering service and well done ladies you looked very busy and everyone was served as quickly as possible. You are always polite and have excellent customer service. The food is always good and the staff are friendly and professional. I feel for them always having to deal with people who don't know the difference between table service and takeaway. It's a cafe not a food court.
Chip & gravy are horrible. The chips aren’t crispy or tasty and gravy taste that okay. Priced higher than the standard for Ballarat which is strange considering there’s a lot of competitors selling better chips.
Great food, coffee & friendly staff. I’ve been in a few times this week both dine in and takeaway and all times quizzed staff on your COVID polices and it is nice to see a cafe where all the staff are aware of the requirements and have suitable policies in place and have excellent knowledge of the
