Oliver's Real Food - Ballarat - Photo album

Super clean store. Friendly, helpful staff. Wide range of hot and cold drinks (fridge, smoothies, coffee and tea); burgers, fries, wraps, sandwiches, salads. $$$
bacin and egg roll was good but it was all downhill from there. hash brown was some weird creation.. maybe other will like it but it wasn't for me... the coffee wasn't great... I was only travelling through so I'm unlikely to stop past again. sorry guys.
Customer service was pretty average, with all orders made using a Touch Screen Kiosk. Pricing is average, maybe a touch on the expensive side. Fruit Juice smoothies are a bit on the bland side, but are likely to be authentic in their claim of being Organic and locally sourced.
Such bad customer service and rude staff it's almost funny. As in it would be funny if it didn't also cost me almost 40 bucks for a couple of bland sandwiches and a bag of chips. Honestly, just get your food from the servo next door.. cheaper and better. Bad experience.
The beef burgers and sweet potato chips were excellent. Ordering turned out a bit confusing and the wait a little long, but a clean and pleasant place.
It wasn't too long into my drive to Adelaide from Melboure when I stopped for a large decaf long black. The coffee is ok, prices same but what gets them over the line is the selection of not so junk food, good service and a clean toilet. (Stopped on my way back too).
Staff were friendly but for the love of god how can you serve a meal that is still frozen inside a toasted wrap. Not happy. Never again.
Sweet little spot; great food with lots of flavour and nice and fresh
