Pathetic delivery experience for my order last night. I ordered through Uber eats and it took more than an hour and a half to deliver. Had to repeatedly call the restaurant as they didn’t bother to update the estimated delivery time. Reading past reviews it appears these guys are consistent in delayed delivery.

BE AWARE!!!! Worst place worst pizza and the worst staff i ever seen in my life. Minus zero rating, they even dont have an idea what they r selling , aswell lady were there telling even she is not 100 % sure with topping after even mentioning there that i am vegan . 🤮🤮

Terrible experience! They have poor communication between the shop & the delivery driver regarding their over the phone payments, putting the driver & customer in an awkward situation. I called them tonight to promptly rectify the situation & to express my concerns for the poor young driver who shouldn’t have had to deal with that… but was instead laughed at down the phone by the young brat girl who took my call! Wow! Does your boss know you speak to customers like that & behave like that at work? The pizza wasn’t even slightly good. It was a stern reminder to support an independent pizza shop in the future. 29/3/22 8pm

This dominos location in Ballarat is normally a nice place to order from, with their regular deals on pizzas and sides, its a no brainer. Save time and money regularly. Unfortunately tonight I received this (deconstructed) lava cake as a side.
What happened to the quality you used to have? As someone who worked in retail and hospitality, I get it, some days are hard. But come on, this ain't it chief.

Got the pizza today and really disappointed with the toppings. Hardly any and not worth money. Pizza box weighs more than the pizza.👎🏼 Lots of room for improvement guys.

Great service, good pizza , had to take 1 star off as I asked for no anchovies and there was a few on there. Other than that was scrumptious
