Pizza was prepared abit late that committed time.. though enjoyed pizza.. was awesome.. guys were good.. deserves 4 star for waiting time but millions star for pizza taste.. thank u guys for awesome food.. :)

Order arrived 1hr late. Called 20min after scheduled delivery time. Was told it had been sent out. Called again 15min later as still no delivery. Same person told me it was sent out and to give it some more time. Pizza arrived 15min later. Asked Driver what time they left. It was 10min after my first phone call and took 20mins to get from store to me because they were given 4 orders in one trip. So dissapointed to be lied to by person on the phone. Just admit there was a problem don't disrespect customers by lying to cover your butts! This is not the first issue I've had with this store. Won't use again.

Disappointed in Dominos this Friday, usually good value for money. Pizza dropped the front door didn’t hear the knock, rang asked where it was after about an hour and told it’s been delivered looked out the door there was, asked fir thin base it may as well been made on an A4 piece of paper the crust was that thin. And they aren’t that cheap anymore either

Really disappointing experience. First pizzas took nearly an hour to arrive, and one of them was incorrect. When we called and asked them to send the correct pizza, we were promised max 20 minutes wait. Another hour later and the pizza finally arrived, and unfortunately tasted rubbish. 2 hours in total waiting for some very disappointing pizza. Will not return..

Usually just get the $5 pizza deep pan best value. The Sunday was horrible avoid at all cost. So I assume milk shake not much better.

Worst Domino's in Australia.
Pizza is greasy hardly any topping just cheese and always late and they stuff up where to deliver and send the wrong pizza.
And charge you top dollar.
Never Again from this store.

Tried to order a pizza took over 2 hours still with no order delivered only for them to say they tried calling me multiple times and couldn’t find the address… (I received no phone calls from the driver). Questionable working method with the store’s staff

Rang with an issue regarding an online only voucher that wasn’t working. Scott dealt with it very well - even when I was getting a little irate. I’d highly recommend this store.

Delivery started 30 minutes after the app had told me it was ready instore, arrived at room temp, dried out and made me regret every ordering it. Came with a free voucher for something I will never order due to lateness so that's something I guess......Will be avoiding for at least 12 months until I forget how bad the last one was.

Absolutely pathetic. Screwed up my order and overcharged me by $20. Staff were really rude and had a take it or leave it attitude - they refused to do anything to correct the order or overcharge. Vegetarian pizzas with meat were an unexpected and unwelcome surprise which ruined our evening. Regret the entire experience.

Moved into Ballarat from Metro area. And found out that the pizza is totally different. It's Domino's. ....so have to be same everywhere. Service was great . But...pizza ingredients were less. Tasteless base. It was a delivery. Will try other outlets next time.
