Have you ever been to a Restaurant, they served the dish (Vegetables Tofu), and you feedback to them that the Tofu tasted “Sourish and bad”, and their response was “Oh, our Tofu are fast moving and we made them freshly everyday.” That is not the proper response. We ended up with a tofu which is inedible.

Pork and chicken seemed over cooked and very chewy the roti and bread was lacking sauce not sure why you give people much less sauce these days ?
