Me and my partner thought we would give Hungry Jacks a crack from our usual fast food chain of choice down the road. Food all tasted great, we both usually love hungry jacks! But here’s the kicker… half the chips were missing from the packaging on both orders, burgers were missing a significant proportion of contents and looked like they had been slapped together with no care, the coke tasted like it was half strength. I don’t know if we will be returning back unless it’s our only option.

The drive through staff member was patient with me while I fumbled through my order. Even after making several changes to the order it came out accurately.
The best presentation we have seen from a HJ drive through which indicates the kitchen staff were putting effort into a process that is often overlooked.

Friendly staff, and very quick service. I got my food as soon as I finished the order.
And food quality was good, like what you can expect at Hungry jacks.
Drive through and in store both orders were prepared on timely manner.
And, you can access this store from Mair St as well. (it’s just another corner. At the moment, the google map asks you to enter from Victoria St).

There were flies absolutely everywhere at the counter. A real turn off. Food just wasn't that great. Nothing like half an onion in your burger to bring a smile to your face.

Terrible, went thriught the drive through was given half of my order, then told to go to waiting bay, where I waited for 15 minutes. They were busy so I was annoyed but ok, then when I got rest of order it was cold. Not happy

We stop at this Hungry Jacks every time we are in Ballarat and they have hands down the best service of any other store I have been to. Very friendly staff and great customer service.

You may want to remove the large light up sign saying the drive thru is open when it's not... I get that they're renovating and what not but to still have the sing out the front and then just a small paper sign taped to the speaker saying you're closed till the 1st... Kind of really annoying and a bit rude and contradictory.
