I've had a lot better Chinese food than this. Combination oyster sauce and fried rice both had very little taste, and there was a big piece of gristle/bone on a satay chicken stick. Ordered a couple of hours ahead for pickup at a set time, I was about 7 minutes late to pick up and they still weren't ready. Prawn crackers were good.

Ordered delivery and received rice that was dry and crunchy like it had been reheated in the microwave! The seafood was rubbery and the vegetables were still frozen in he middle! When we rang to complain we were offered a refund on the rice only $10.80 out of a total of $75! For food I wouldn’t serve my dog! If you don’t mind second rate Chinese by all means knock yourself out but I wouldn’t waist your money!

Very poor service, the lady at the front desk could use some good customer service training. We waited for a long time to receive our take away order and received no apologies for the delay in service. The food was very average.

0 STARS!! MAGGOTS & DISGUSTING ABUSIVE STAFF.... Chinese lady that generally serves is so unbelievably abusive & a thief. I Pre-paid with my debit card from there website for 2 dishes & when we got it home the cashews were missing & my child found an actual maggot in her fried rice & then when I tried to return it, the crazy woman screamed at me & called the police. WILL BE CONTACTING HEALTH DEPARTMEMT & FAIR TRADES!

Food arrived cold and raw. Called to complain and was abused by the manager who then hung up on me. <br/>No resolution. <br/>Food is horrible and customer service was worse.<br/><br/>Several fake profiles posting 5 star reviews.

My wife and I ate here the week before Ballarat Show. It was excellent. The hot and sour soup was outstanding. We also had a prawn dish which was also excellent. The price was also very reasonable.

Lunched here today and ordered their Sweet & Sour Scallops for $28.80, unfortunately (even though the locals appear to love this restaurant, I wasn't overly impressed. The batter on the scallops wasn't crispy therefore not to my liking and for the dish supplied I believe was overpriced. Service provision was nothing special either, at no time was I asked if I was enjoying the meal. Used to be good, not anymore.<br/><br/>I ordered Kung pao combination and special fried rice.<br/><br/>Sauce serve was way too small. <br/><br/>Fried rice was terribly bland, more like steamed rice with a few ingredients stirred in.<br/><br/>Was overcharged, prices were $5 different to website.

WAY OVERPRICED. This restaurant is shockingly pricey for what it is. $75 for three people WITHOUT entree and without deserts. Would never go to this restaurant again. Takeaway menu is much, much cheaper and the surcharge for eating in is way too much. Best advice is to go somewhere else of which is much cheaper and better. E.g if you like Indian food go to Aroma of India.

Terrible food and even worse service. Food was overpriced and terribly underwhelming, staff were inattentive and the waiter had no idea of what food he was bringing out. My companion complained about his meal and the waiter just said ok and walked away! <br/>Will never come back, save your $ and head elsewhere

Good solid Chinese. Good solid old fashioned Chinese food. They also do some other Asian meals as well. I have enjoyed everything I have ordered so far.I visit regularly when I want a nice easy meal.

Called through a take away order<br/>When got home realised didn't get dim dims. Called them and they couldn't find my order which was only called through 20mins ago. Implied that I was calling the wrong place. Not happy<br/>Meal was not that nice would not recommend eating here, as there are better places to eat in ballarat

User reviews. Very dissapointing, we ate in the first time and the meals were all cold, as thought they had been pre cooked and reheated in a microwave. Saw a lot of takeaways so thought we would try once again, alas still dissapointing.

Quiet Night Out. We like a Chinese restaurant to be pretty traditional - lots of red and gold - and nice soft Chinese music in the background.<br/>Food - yes, has to have flavour - service? has to be good - well the Noble Dragon ticked these boxes.

It is a shame that this restaurants quality or lack there of takeaway is so bad , as its just around the corner.<br/>Over priced & tasteless food.. <br/>You know there is something wrong when you feel the need to add salt or soy to Chinese food.<br/>Under cooked batter & grey chicken in the fried rice.<br/>Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a take away fried wonton x 2 - sat and waited, others ordered. Others left. 40 minutes still waiting for entree wontons. Walked out. Left waiting another time also but had ordered main meals. Over an hour wait, others came in and ordered and left. Another lady was also left waiting. Dad requested money back, they refused. Had to wait for the food which was average. This is one of the better Chinese food places although it's 5/10
