Girl that served was lovely, great customer service, however the food was not. Chips tasted like they were not cooked thoroughly. The potato and pumpkin was the same. Did not finish eating. The last 3 times I have visited they have stuffed up in some way. Leaving out drinks, giving you the wrong meal, no spoons to eat the potato & no wet serviettes to clean your hands. Its too late when you get home to find something wrong. They expect you to just jump In the car and travel another 10

Only average... staff are attentive but slow, they seem to just talk to each other all the time. Lovely, friendly Staff delivering freshly cooked Orders with only a short wait, we enjoyed the chicken rolls specials along with the Loaded fries. Always the tastiest Chicken here...

Chicken meal was ok. Cleaning standards were not. Table appeared clean but when I wiped it with a serviette it came away filthy. Toilet was not nice. Overall standard of cleanliness was very poor.

Great food,Staff member polite, friendly and easily understood on the speakers when ordering. Service was prompt and efficient. When leaving the attendant bid us farewell in a friendly manner and with a smile.

They should change the message on the Ballina Red Rooster site, on ordering delivery over the internet to we do not do this service anymore. Please use other. So I can not access my Red Rooster points if I use other ways to order methods.
