This is one of my favourite local pubs. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. It’s also pet friendly so lots of cute fur babies around. I love the outdoor seating. It’s nice to sit outside on the stools with street view.
Done up beautifully inside this pub has been in operation for 140 odd years. Also pet friendly and with a decent menu. The menu lacks vegetarian choices and that’s somewhat unfortunate.

Since the new licensee took over (Nov 2021) the London has gone from strength to strength. The beautiful heritage interiors have been restored, the wine list (including by the glass) and tap selection is great, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. As always, it's the best place for people watch
