Le Cafeier - Balmain - Photo album

All I need to say is… Menemen. My partner is Turkish and she reckons this is one of the best she has had. I’m not Turkish… but I also like it a lot. So, you know, winning on all fronts!
A lovely cafe in Balmain serving brunch, lunch and a lot of classic Turkish dishes including sweets. Coffee here is good, food is really nice and I enjoyed my felafel wrap. Would love to come back and try the Turkish classic breakfast one day. Staff are friendly and there is nice outdoor seating.
I have been here before on an earlier trip to Sydney and it is consistently good. I had a good breakfast and a large cup.of their truly excellent coffee. Service was brisk...an enjoyable experience
Oscar's in Balmain has the best coffee & daily, home made Turkish sweets & treats for all. Its my Sydney go to coffee spot, after a 3 .5hr drive ....well worth it 🎉
Best coffee in Balmain.***** Nice food with a good variety of choices. Very friendly staff and experienced coffee maker. Highly recommend*****
We had lunch here and the chicken skewers were fantastic ! Great flavours and it was very tasty. The only feedback is: make your serves a little larger e.g. 3 skewers instead of 2 and it would have been perfect ! A great little Turkish cafe. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the Balmain area.
Ordered a iced coffee and the Big Balmain breakfast, there was a small confusion with the coffee and the response and quick and excellent. The food was delicious and the ambience of this place is pretty great. At this point this is the best breakfast I have had in Sydney and it was post lunchtime :)
Food was very tasty. We had falafel wrap and a falafel salad. It was overpriced however. And the cafe itself is in need of updating because the cushions on chairs are dirty and the walls are in need of new paint. The staff also seemed to be closing up at 3pm even though the posted closing time was 5
