Review Crust Pizza Balmain - Balmain

Normally a reliable incarnation of the Crust brand. The other night I ordered delivery from Crust and was quoted little under and hour for delivery. Two hours later and I had to drive to the store to find the pizzas still sitting on top of their oven. The store can't handle high volume nights without compromising on quality and customer service (phone was engaged for at least an hour). If you do want to order from here, go to the store. Or failing that, order from any of the other local businesses and support local restaurant owners.

Great pizza, great price and fast preparation to boot. You'll get a crusty and yummy pizza from the long selection that they offer. Pretty sure they will have something that works for you, they cover vegetarian and vegan pizzas, and low carb ones too.

Worst ONLINE customer service rude not helpful waited 60 minutes for my order. EDIT: $63 / Tuesday 7 June / 2 perfectly delicious pizzas / called the store because they was no email or information where I can track my order / they said it is on the way , which I was ok/ contacted online website via form and email. They were very very rude / my problem is with your online customer service Jackson's language and attitude Order #44711821

So frustrating. Ordered 1 hr 40 mins ago. No pizza. 60 calls to the shop, 2 answered. Order was coming 30 mins ago. Now they are unsure if it’s left the shop. So much for a end of term treat.

The phone number listed is not connected, so I can't contact them to correct an order. I click on Vietnamese chilli chicken and it came up Szechuan prawn. Edit: thank you for correcting the order, an updated phone number for contact in future would be great.

Always amazing pizza!! It’s hot, it’s fresh,, delicious!!! Exceptional customer service ( I normally pick up) Had it delivered last night and it was so fast. I love the menu choices . Peri peri chicken pizza is incredible!!! The owner of this franchise clearly treats his staff and customers very well!! ..

Terrible service, they don't know what's going on, went to pick up my online order after 30mins, was not ready, told to wait 10min, went back after 10min was told to wait another 10min, came back the 3rd time and was still not ready, told 5 mins but it was again over 10min. Waited over an hour for a pick up order that said 20-30mins online. Not very happy

I have been to this shop a few times since we 1st attended there after a game of league at Leichhardt Oval last year. Great choices from the menu, we ordered 2x family pizzas as well as garlic bread for us on our 1st visit there. While waiting some of the team from behind the counter came out to speak with us as to how our day had been & if this our 1st time there. Very friendly team & the taste of the pizzas once home was 1 of the best we have ever had. We have gladly attended there another 6-7 times since then including last night & the flavour of the food is always great, Rocky & his team have always been friendly & aren’t shy in making conversation & always ask how the food is. For those that haven’t tried Crust in Rozelle yet do yourself a favour you won’t regret it.
