Review Barn & Co - Balnarring

Modern Country is how i would describe this beautiful place nestled amongst the vines.. the Barn is actually amazing. It has a country feel inside with modern twists. Excellent service by waiters and bar staff. Extensive offerings of local wines and ciders. Food is a tapas style with share plates and pizzas. We booked for lunch and really enjoyed the experience.

Had a beautiful lunch on Sunday at Barn and Co! Lots of new flavours which I hadn’t explored yet, the chefs feed me is a must ! Such great value, and the passion fruit mojito… I’d come back for that alone!!!

An overall score of 81/100 Great overall experience at a well patroned establishment on the Mornington peninsula. The standout dish actually turned out to be a side dish - the "Warmed butter beans". Really stellar job with what would on the face of things be a simple ingredient, but probably the best butter bean dish I've ever had before (and thats saying alot, considering I've had some great mexican dishes using this ingredient) The "Mushroom & walnut pate | pear | house charred sourdough" was also really good and a must have. The other dishes were unique and tasted good, albeit nothing overwhelmingly special about them. Service was acceptable and pretty standard - once again, nothing super special there. Would visit again in the area if looking for a fancier meal.

Main course come with salad so its not enough to get full. I reccomend for restaurant to add rice or potato will be better👍

Such a great atmosphere. We saw it as we were driving passed and had to u-turn to check it out. The food is amazing, staff are so friendly and the ambience is lovely. The overall vibe they have created is so warm and welcoming. We ended up coming back again once we got engaged and have booked to have our wedding here in 2022- can’t wait!

Ian and I recently got married at Barn & Co. Rachael, Nic and the whole team were amazing! The venue was stunning, food and wine delicious, and their customer service was impeccable. We will definitely be visiting them again for anniversaries!
