Review Subway Balwyn North - Balwyn

I know it’s just a sandwich chain so I don’t expect much but I just got a wrap with literally two individual pieces of spinach on it, and eight small shavings of grated carrot. The woman put three wafer thin tomato slices on my wrap and then TOOK ONE OFF because of course that’s far too indulgent. Kudos to the manager for making the staff super strict about portion sizes to keep profits high but I’m never going here again. Insane.

I just got a footlong chicken classic from here and it was probably one of the best subs I've ever had. It was so amazing 😍 the lady and gentlemen that served me were so friendly and kind, and the cookies were absolutely perfect 🤤 10/10 would recommend 😁

Very stingy with the salad in the sub, gave 5 spinach leaves on a footlong chicken sub and no pickles at all. I will be avoiding this one.

To be honest, do not want to even give them one star. Very poor customer service, never seen this kind of service in fast food stores, finger pointing at customer with high volume of voice, asking to stand at the certain corner of the shop, even there is no second customer in the shop, with very bad atitude ON THE FIRST DAY OF NEW YEAR! Can't believe how can this store survived with this kind of bad atitude and service. I ordered through Menulog, was advised to collect 13.30pm, while after waiting for 5 min (which is 13.35pm) and they are still making food, so I was trying to visit Aldi which is just cross the road and come back again. BUT I had being shouted at, and told I will be charged more if coming back late. Talking about "late", who was actualy late? If advising the charge of "late", is there any peaceful and normal atitude for customers? Whats wrong? If life did not treat you well then I feel sorry for you and wish you all the best.

Wrap was slapped together And meat was cold Definitely was a waste of money

Well stocked on the bread and veggies, I've rarely had to change my order because ingredients weren't available. The staff, who might be owners, are courteous and quick. The sitting area might be a little small but I've always found place to sit. There is an ALDI and a public toilet across the street for when you need to pick and 'drop' stuff :)

Wasn't open,we were working half a day on the 11/9/21 from 8 to 12,workshop of hungry people & just didn't get the service we expected from subway! Poor effort for me,will not recommend subway in Doncaster!👎
