Review Elatte Cafe - Bankstown

There were four of us there to have coffee and cake. Staff were quick to take the orders. It was Sunday afternoon so the place was not busy at all, cakes were served relatively quick but the drinks were very slow and two were served then by the time other two arrived first served drinks were already finished. Cake was avarage. Coffee was pretty good.

A very local cafe in a building that is larger on the inside than it first appears. Very decently sized portions and well balanced dishes of the usual breakfast/brunch variety. The coffee is also not bad. Well worth a visit for those that love brunches.

Service let them down on this occasion. My friend was coming here for the first time and found the front door ajar, so left it the same way when she entered. She was then rudely told to shut the door because "it's freezing". That same staff member had no issue leaving the door open next to our table each time she went to serve customers out the back. Took a long time for menus to be provided. Food was quick and was nice and plentiful, as always. Had to go to counter to order a 2nd drink as staff paid us no attention. Need to change "No Split Bills" policy.

Worst coffee and food ever I got . I ordered mocha which was extremely bitter , was taste like long black. I have ordered spinach and cheese patties as I am vegetarian and can smell chicken in it as if they have warmed it on a plate which wasnot cleaned and had leftover chicken ..

Very friendly staff at this cafe. Always very busy. The food is top notch. Reasonably priced and large servings. Everything was cooked well and nice n fresh

Friendly staff. Great food. Healthy options. Gluten free options. All day breakfast. They also offer seasonal specials to try. There is a small outdoor area but inside is quite spacious. A lot of natural light comes through, creating a comfortable ambience. Street parking is generally easy to find.

Restaurant with very good service. Beautiful environment people feel very comfortable

Best cafe ever! Always feel welcome with great customer service and the food is always fast and reasonable price. I come here for breakfast every Sunday!😊
