Review Tc Brothers Kebabs & Pizza - Bankstown

Frosted Flames
I used to reccomned this to everyone saying best kebab in Canterbury. Last few times the quality was dropping. Wrong sauce, burnt meat but nothing too drastic. Today got a raw piece of chicken. It wasn't the only I found but it was the largest in size. Now I've lost faith in them. If they can't even cook the food properly then what's the point.

I ordered at 2300 a chicken burger and a beef snack pack. Not only are both items missing, the pizza is half eaten and a bite taken out of baklava(sweets). Not only is this disgusting and distasteful, it shows how little respect this restaurant provides to their customers. I have attached a photo down below

Previously 5/5 Few changes recently: 1. Prices increased 2. Pizza sizes/toppings significantly smaller 3. Website not updated Overall quality is decent. Sad to see the changes. Better pizza can be found elsewhere.

First time trying this place, out of the blue and I am very specific about ratios for kebabs, these guys nailed it. My family grabbed a pizza to share, and they all loved it, very fresh and noted that high quality products are being used. Will be back

The way I saw a old man being treated when he asked for a kebab and the staff so rudely rushed him asking "What meat!?!? What what what!?!? Chicken?!!!? Beef??!!!!!?" Rolling their eyes, that is no way to talk to a senior of 75-80 years to yell at him, he could be your grandfather who clearly just had hearing issues (ear aids visible from the side). I loved this store but I wont be doing business here ever again. Honestly appalling treatment of a senior citizen.

-Overpriced -Took too long -Disgusting floor Waited 45 minutes to receive my order, meanwhile I slipped on their horrid, oily floor and sat on their dirty chairs with damaged tables. Service was bad too, confusing ordering process, and the order was taken down and seemingly forgotten about as we paid and were left to wait for almost an hour without letting us how long it would take. Definitely won't be back, mind blowing that they still have customers especially considering their prices...

Tried the hsp, it was really good! The portion size was great, btw. The food came quick despite how busy it was, so I’m thankful for that. Only downside (which is very minor) was that the pricing was a little difficult to read.

I’ve been coming here for over 25 yrs , hands down still the best kebabs in Sydney

Amazing pizza that’s open till late, staff were friendly. Got the Mexicana which they warned me about being spicy, should’ve taken their warning seriously cause it was hot! Not for the faint hearted. Will def come again if I’m bankstown.

TC brothers is one of the few outlets that make decent snack boxes. Their boxes are packed generously with meat and it tastes smashingly fantastic. Bloody hell, the snack packs here are better here than what WA offers. <br/><br/>It gets really jam packed and busy during the weekends so be prepared to wait. However, it is definitely worth the wait. <br/><br/>

This is a take away shop, so I did not expect much in terms of location and service :) And I was not surprised.<br/><br/>In terms of menu, the place offers a good range of pizzas, pides, and the usual kebabs and chicken burger. Prices are good as well.<br/><br/>I ordered the beef Kebab wrap today. While I was impressed with how much meat the guy put in the wrap, it actually ended up with a weird ratio that made the wrap drier than anticipated, and also the whole sandwich fell apart from the start as it was literally packed with meat.<br/><br/>Will probably be skipping kebabs next time, but keen on trying the pizzas.<br/><br/>Scores over 5.<br/>Overall: 2 (First visit)<br/>Menu: 3<br/><br/>Scores for today's experience:<br/>Food: 2<br/>Value: 4<br/>Service: 3<br/>

I've been here quite a bit over time, and the only thing I haven't tried is their pide. I find the food here to be very very filling, and full of flavour; their portion sizes are extremely generous too.<br/><br/>Their pizzas are made to order, and they really pile on the ingredients here, but despite the thick layer of toppings, it doesn't take too long to cook the pizza and it's very thoroughly cooked, with the crust just right and the cheese beautifully melted.<br/><br/>The kebabs are also piled generously before being wrapped and pressed in the grill, and it comes out perfectly every time, slightly crispy with that beautiful toasted taste. There is also a lot of sauce, and it tends to drip and collect down the bottom and makes the wrap a little soggy and not too nice to eat though.<br/><br/>Snack packs here come in one size only, and it's quite large, I usually split it with a friend, as I can't finish it on my own. They put a lot of meat in, and a lot of sauce, but not that much chips, so it can feel a little off balance when you eat it, especially as there's not as much chips to soak up the sauce and help combat the salty flavours.<br/><br/>Service here is very fast and efficient, although not the friendliest at all times, but they're not rude, just busy sometimes. It's also very cheap here, especially for the amount of food you get, and it's a very convenient place to pick up a late night snack other than McDonald's.<br/><br/>TIP: portion sizes here are very very generous, and it's easy to over estimate how much you can eat. Also, they tend to be a little heavy on sauces, so things can get a little too coated in sauce and taste quite salty.

Don't always greet you with 'brother'<br/>Kebabs aren't what they used to be, snack packs usually drenched in oil at the bottom.<br/>Recommendation: <br/>Family size chef's special pizza<br/>

Whenever I come to Sydney I always have to have to go and get something to eat with my brother Colin at least once, but usually multiple times. We don’t just go sipping lattes and eating scones on the cafe scene though, no, his approach to food is much much better. Colin is to food what Phil Liggett is to Cycling, what Les Murray is to Football (soccer), what Richie Benaud was to Cricket, what Patches O’Houlihan is to Dodgeball, what George Colombaris is to… I don’t know, Masterchef?!

Big fan of the pizza here. The crust has a really fresh soft doughy taste and the toppings are smothered in cheese. Defenitely a different taste experience to other pizza places.

Food was amazing, awesome pizza, loved it!!!! I will definely go back there again..   <br/>I didn't appreciate being yelled at when I asked for a nappkin though, but another pizza maker was lovely saying "here they are sweatie".   Work on your customer service skills angry man.

Ordered the mixed meat (beef and chicken) snack pack with cheese. They definitely didn't skimp out on the meat. This was enough to feed two of us, and I was stuffed by the end of it. Perfect if you're looking for a dirty feed.

We live very close by and thought we'd give it a try the first time when we went and picked up was OK my kebab was utter shite it cost over ten dollars (EVerything beyond meat lettuce and tomato was $1 extra so no hommous on the bread can i get some? thats extra too? WTF?) I've had a LOT of kebabs from Lilyfield, homebush, dee-why etc basically this was the most expensive kebab I have ever paid for and then to top it off as i was watching them make it the tiny amount of taboulhi and cheese they put on on asked for a little more and was ignored chalked it up to not being heard (wasn't that busy in there only 4 other people but the staff were maybe 5 behind the counter and just f=ing clueless! when I got home and started eating my kebab it didn't take long to notice there was no hommous (didn't i pay extra for that?), no garlic sauce, the taboulhi was like eating dried up bits of parsley, again no taste beyond that, I'm not exaggerating it was the most tasteless overpriced piece of crap I've ever paid for, hell even my brother didn't finish his and he always finishes his food even if he doesn't like it! His problem? Hates onion asked for None got onion!!!!! <br/><br/>The pizza's they were making looked really nice and good value so we though we'd try them again on that front we ordered a Meatlover pizza on wed night picked it up bought it home and....WTF!!!!???? It sure as hell wasn't the meatlover we saw on the menu! Kebab meat, mostly onion and then as i was picking through all the stuff on a piece also discovered Pineapple, capsicum, olives! DISGUSTING (maybe it appeals to some but sure as hell not us). We rang and asked if they had changed the recipe or we picked up the wrong one as this really was not something we would nor could eat (we both hate onion unless very cooked, near burnt let alone all the other weird stuff on the pizza) the friggin amount of onion alone was b.s So was the 'service' my brother was told that you ordered a kebab pizza, as he tried to explain that he asked for a meatlover pizza that he saw on the menu the rude asswipe literaly just kept repeating 'your'e mate ordered a kebab pizza, that's what a kebab pizza is' a) I was right next to my brother when he made the call as we were sorting out what we wanted still, he asked for a meatlover then (from my end ) said repeatedly NO Kebab meat. Once off the phone he said that that was weird the guy just kept saying a kebab meat pizza and I kept saying NO the meatlover from your menu. So $20 in the bin along with the 'kebab pizza' how the hell does more onion that anything a small amount of kebab meat PINEAPPLE, olives and capsicum have to do with a kebab?????????????? That was your'e frigging piss poor excuse for the pizza we got but most certainly didn't order!!!!!!!! just be honest you threw together some shit cause you didn't care and don't care you get enough drivers by why be polite to potential regular customers that live within a few blocks? yeah what a stupid policy hey? On pride alone I'll be dumping the un-eaten thing out the front of the store for them to dispose of, surely they can manage that at least? Honestly no hyperbole on my behalf that was the RUDEST 'customer service' ever encounted and the WORST item of food ever ordered in my life! As another reviewer noted "As for service, bunch of rude prickish who think that you should be grateful to be eating there. F-off" very apt! they can f-off and they were very rude and one other reviewer also noted "Very poor business ethics" Geez looks like a re-curing problem you've got there TC maybe you should sort your freakin attitude out toward customers or you may end up with very few left! def add pics in a bit cam cord playing up.

If you want a huge feed without making a dent on your wallet, this is the place. Generous amounts of meats and toppings on all of the kebabs and pizzas. But please don't let the quantity and price make you think The quality is missing. The kebabs, pizzas and snackboxes are nothing short of amazing. The amount of cheese layered onto the pizzas is absolutely monstrous! Perfect!

Yummmm. My name is Ali Ibrahim and I love TC Kebabs they always cater to my needs and the workers there are extra nice to me they let me park in the employee car spot and even pre make my 2nd kebab by the time I finish my first and have a pizza ready too I am on the VIP list and even get msgs sent to my phone from them. I love you TC Brothers

Racist. I walked in to buy a kebab and chips waited to be served, wasn't busy, was ignored for about a minute another lebanese man walked in and was straight away served before me all the while I was standing there to be served. I walked out and went to teh KFC store next door. I will not be going back to this racist establishment and have been there on a number of occasions with similar but have not experienced this so blatantly. They have lost my business. No one was interested in assisting me and placed me last.

Very poor customer service, was completed ignored and not served. Very poor business ethics.

Really salty chicken but the food usually looks good

After hearing people rave about this place, thought I'd give it a go. Always popular after a late night out.. I could see why. The size of the kebabs are massive. The bread is amazing!!!! Good value for money. Meat is yummy and the pizzas also look great! The service was fine.. Quick and polite enough for a take away joint. I would definitely come back.

I have ne'er let my emotions take control in reviewing a place, but this place is dis-gusting !. If you care about quantity more than quality then Eat your heart out. As for service, bunch of rude prickish who think that you should be grateful to be eating there. F-off
