Review Brunch Affair - Bankstown

Good place to have a coffee, seat and enjoy the busy Bankstown. They make good coffee and good offer if you want to have both coffee or breakfast. They also have some good lunch options too. Both inside and outside seating area.

This local cafe was so lovely. Amazing customer service, great cafe food (looked and tasted too good I forgot to take a photo) and dog-friendly at the outdoors seating area. The customer service was exceptional. I ordered extra spinach into my omelette and even though the chef Alex forgot, he quickly correct it by apologizing, giving me my money back and gave me a bottle of water for free when I asked to buy one. Thank you for the team today. It really made my day and my dog loves them. We'll definitely be back soon.

Covid-19 protocols; As per the NSW health recommendations, this cafe' has the mandatory NSW Health check in bar code. Within the cafe' the tables are spaced out to allow for the 1.5 metre spacing requirements and there is hand-sanitizer at the counter for all publics dinning in, and with facilities to wash your hands (I did not use facilities on this occasion, nor did I check in as I simply went in for a take-away coffee. Friendliness/service; The sign outside the cafe' was the drawcard (see photo) to go into this cafe' and order a mocha. The staff at the counter were very friendly and the turn around for a cup of coffee was fast (around 5 minute wait time). Food/coffee; On this day, I did not eat in or try their food - I ordered a large mocha, extra hot with chocolate (no sugar). Coffee was extra-hot and okay. Point of difference, I find that some cafe's have stronger coffee than others, and as I am a connoisseur of the mocha, I found that the coffee used is not as strong as some other Cafe's, however, the coffee was still okay. Was it great coffee - in my opinion, it was okay. Value for money; okay value, paid $5.50 approx for my mocha. Cleanliness; At face value the cafe' appeared clean. One of the few rare cafés in Sydney which actually make those of us with kids feel welcomed. Owner is very warm and friendly. Menu has a good range of options, with good prices to match. The omelette and big breakfast both come in small or large sizes, so it's great for occasions where you want to order multiple items to share. The omelette is interesting, made to look like a pizza. Coffee is likely light roasted (similar to Campos?). Overall we really enjoyed our experience here, highly recommended!

I will definately be returning here! Very few places can make such a quality eggs Benedict worth paying for. I've had eggs benedict at countless cafes and this tops them all. Prices are very affordable. Staff are friendly. Coffee is the best I've had (will be buying the beans) From the time I ordered until I finished, I counted 30 customer orders after mine in such a short timeframe - this shows how popular the place is.
