They do fresh bánh cuốn on site so the steam rice roll is soft. The fish sauce came plain and you need to add chilli, their chilli is very hot.
The cháo lòng is yummy, if you are not into intestine or organ may be don't order this. It is one of the better one that I have tried.

The owner was super lovely and friendly. Everytime I visit Sydney, I have their Banh Cuon. Havent found a beter place for Banh Cuon. Their Banh Cuon is fresh made and tastes so good.
We had the banh cuon special and banh khot, both were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. For those more adventurous, we also had the chao long, which was also great, but as this contains innards, may not be to everyone's tastes.
Great tasty simple food! I live close by and thought wow I’d give this place a try as they specialise in rice rolls. Usually will go to cabra for rice rolls but as it is closer to come I gave it a try. The rolls are delicious, the owner should be proud!!

2 were great, 1 was horrible.
Avoid the deep fried dish that looks like shallow saucers. It had no taste itself, then covered by oil. Meaning you taste nothing but oil slick.
The other two were good and tasted authentic, even the thicker deep friend one (refer to posted photos).

Friendly and welcoming this place is a family buisness making the little known Bahn Cuon from Vietnam. Hot folded rice noodles are filled with minced pork or vegetables.
