Been a few times... customer service is amazing and the food is always delicious and fresh. Great little restaurant for your Japanese fix without having to go all the way into the city. Only criticism is that they never have sea urchin when I go. Highly recommended

My sister and i had our birthday party here last year in August. The venue was booked just for our private function. The owner, the staff the chefs attended to our every need. The food was amazing! Portions are big. Recommend to all!!

I love the sashimi at this place. Great fresh sashimj and great service. Opening hours are a bit weird but other than that, this is probably one of my favorite sushi places in western sydney.

If you're a big time sushi lover, this is a great place to be at. I ordered the sashimi plate with fresh salmon and king fish. Priced around $22 for 6 pieces of each, it is quite pricey in my opinion. I also ordered the grilled salmon roll and the soft shell crab roll which were both delicious. The wagyu beef was also nice but could deal with abit more sauce!
Best Japanese cuisine in Bankstown area. It is not the cheapest however the price only varies about $1-2 compared to local places but the quality of food definitely makes up for it. Good portion sizes and a wide variety of choices. I’ve been back at least a dozen times because I enjoy it that much!
As a regular customer, this is one of my favourite Japanese places because of it's consistency. Located in Saigon plaza parking is convenient and makes dessert afterwards easy.
The service here is wonderful, everyone is always so lovely whether it's communication on the phone or in store. They have an event room in the back which is very convenient for large gatherings.
Overall I recommend any of the sashimi dishes, teriyaki salad and the tempura. It is abit pricey (by a few dollars) compared to other local places but the quality is high and the restaurant is always clean and has nice ambience.

Came here on a Thursday night with a friend and I was surpirsed with the quality of sashimi!
I found that their sushi pretty good with generous portions so you wont go home hungry.
My friend enjoyed the soft shell crab as it had a lovely crispy batter and covered in sauce.
Would definitely come back due to their extensive menu and sashimi! Yum!
I thoroughly enjoyed their karaage chicken. It's crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside; the perfect combo.
Their baos as a meal was quite good. The sweet chilli with the chicken was a really tasty combo. However, their baos on its own was quite alright; it wasn't as soft as some of the other baos I had.
Overall, still a great experience and really good food.
Great place for nice wagyu steak!! Meat perfectly cooked and accompanying sauce taste delicious!! Sashimi are also fresh!! Will come again!!

second time ive been here and i love it!
the food is great and the prices are great. both times ive chosen a salad and they were both amazing and really fresh. ive always been a fan of takoyaki and they are great here. the little issue is the udon, it was quite sweet today and the chicken came out soggy as well, so i didnt enjoy that.
I work nearby (2min walk) and I come him occasionally when I’m feeling like a Japanese feed for lunch. Lunch specials are very affordable at generous servings as well. Would recommend trying at least once.
Service is quite good too.
My personal recommendation would be to try the Chicken Teriyaki bento boxes!
Good food. Well priced with big portion. The donburi came in big bowl. Sashimi was fresh. Although, I would prefer rice than mashed potato. Will definitely go back again to try different dishes.
Food was nice and staff were super friendly. However, despite the restaurant not being very busy we had to ask multiple times for table water and food was a bit expensive for the portion provided.
Best Japanese I've had this year, loved salmon teriyaki and the sushi.
Serving was bit slow on the weekend when it was packed, but friendly staffs and warm atmosphere, been there 2 times this week!

We had the popcorn prawn and prawn gyoza to share, and whilst both were delicious, the popcorn prawn was definitely the winner that I could have had it all to myself.
I had salmon aburi nigiri and hubs got the chicken teriyaki bento which was a generous portion for $22.80.
The aburi did not have that char grilled effect or flavour, although it was fresh and I enjoyed it.
The bento had a hearty portion of teriyaki chicken and interestingly served on mash which hubs was not complaining about. It also was served with fresh and seared salmon sashimi, Miso soup, tempura prawn and sweet potato and pumpkin, side salad with a yummy dressing, and two cooked tuna sushi roll slices.
Service was friendly, attentive and quick.
The standout at IKI Bankstown was the service. The waiters and waitresses were incredibly polite and very attentive. The food was good but a tad overpriced.
All the scallops in the sashimi deluxe had brown lines on one side of them, which looked pretty unappetising and the texture of that side felt quite rough when I was eating them, when usually I would expect a soft, melt-in-your-mouth kind of feel for scallops.
The rest of the food was quite good.
