Review Crust Pizza Bankstown - Bankstown

Really disappointing experience here. I ordered at 12pm to receive the pizza at 2.10pm barely warm, bottle of Diet Coke when I ordered Coke Zero sugar (they taste completely different). Also paid $4 for 2x feta servings to receive barely any at all (like 2 pieces in total!)

We ordered a promotional deal, 3 pizzas for $38 95AUD at 7pmish on 22nd July 2022. Couldn't even finish a slice from the extra large Beef peri peri that we ordered. The meat and sauce were completely off. Our kids were also unable to eat the large Hawaiian and pepperoni pizzas that we ordered. All the pizzas were completely off and didn't taste anything like pizza. I have had "tonnes" of pizzas from Crust pizza franchisees across many suburbs and cities but this is definitely the worst I have had. This will be my first and last visit to this franchise. I am absolutely disappointed.

The best pizza I've even had in Sydney. They have lots of deals which is cost friendly. I also liked the Excellent customer service they provided

Ordered delivery using uber eats a homestyle bolognaise pasta that says beef. It turns out to be lamb and smells very different. The restaurant did not even bothered to put my food in a plastic or any paper bag. It shows how this place to neglect and ignorant to the customers. Not all customers are stupid or rude. I am very rare to give any review to a restaurant. But this time sending my food without a bag and putting wrong ingredient, as some people dont eat pork, just exactly that I dont lamb for a reason too. This is the worst, first encounter with a very ignorant food service. I used to work in a food industry too!

I usually order Crust from the Panania store and its great but ordered from Doordash and Bankstown store was the only option. We ordered our usual Pesto Chicken Club (we we normally enjoy) and it was missing Avocado and didn't taste fresh and was dry. I also ordered the Cinnamon scrolls which were awful. Overcooked, dry and didn't have any sauce. Do not order from BANKSTOWN, go to PANANIA CRUST instead.

Very disappointed, frustrating, annoying and angry … I parked the car RIGHT IN FRONT of the Bankstown Crust pizza, walked in (under a bit of light rain) to order 1 pizza and walked back to wait in my car. Had to wait 39 minutes for my order !! when they said about 15 - 20 minutes when I paid !!! During that time, - 3 Menulog drivers came into shop to take delivery. They ALL WENT OUT AFTER to do their delivery. — a lady came in 10 mins AFTER ME to order some take away. HER ORDER WAS DONE 5 mins before mine. Interested in the REASON THEY GAVE ME for bringing my order out SO SO SO LATE : “Sorry, we had a bit of a PROBLEM WITH THE OVEN !!!!! Very BAD EXCUSE on the fly. If they did have a problem with the oven then why all Manolog orders were completed AND the pizza for the lady order AFTER ME was also completed ? So illogical was their excuse but that’s their customer service !!! AND I got my $2 change in 5 and 10 cent coins. PATHETIC IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I didn’t say a word to them as COMMON SENSE is NOT COMMON SENSE to those who had NO COMMON SENSE. I made a vow NEVER TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN but may be they don’t care !

Half star will be to much. 1- order take 50 min over then the first 50 min 2- lies touch about the order 3- pizza so poor Very bad not recommended at all.

Tonight we felt like pizza so we decided to chose Crust. Must admit very disappointed with the order food arrived cold and soggy. First up Moroccan Lamb as soon as I opened it smelt like something was off so I took a few bites and couldn’t continue. Also the prawn pizza was a let down not sure what’s happened to crust but it’s a no more go zone for me..
