Happy to see you guys after lockdown!! Same environment and friendly staff, genuinely we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Churros were delicious. Tasty hot chocolate.over all good.

Ordered waffles for takeaway, once outside had to come back in to request for ice cream because they didn't specify that it didn't come with the waffles. They did not even offer more fruits or extra waffle to compensate for the lack of ice cream that they gave us, very dissapointed. Check your order before leaving !!

Unusual type of Cafe/Dessert/Shisha (hubbly Bubbly) establishment. You have no chance of escaping the smoke no matter where you sit so be prepared for that stuffy smoky environment. Wait to be seated but order and pay at the Counter/register is as odd as it gets! (maybe they get alot of runaways) people who eat/drink and do the runner! We ordered hot and cold drinks and 1 dessert. Service was slow and tables not numbered so be prepared to shout out and stop one of the floor staff as they give someone else items from your order. Coffee was actually ok however one had spilled which got messy making it an unpleasant experience overall!

A very nice place to hangout and chill. They have a good collections of chocolates and dessert and their burgers are pretty good too :)

One of the best burger places in Sydney! Out of their wide range I’d have to say my all time fav would be the Pickle Rick with pineapple and a side of loaded fries, on another level 🤤 service was amazing and their burgers are the bomb

This place has a awesome desert menu and beautiful shisha not only, if your feeling hungry that there is a burger shop within the shop and it also has a variety of things you can order from. The vibes are amazing and the workers here are very down to earth and kind. I really recommend you to come and try for yourself.

I caught up with a friend at Thai next door and wanted to grab some dessert here. I was kind of concerned about going here after reading some of the reviews. Walking in it didn't look promising, the counter looked really weirdly placed and the staff member was pretty much hidden there. I think they are renovating that area. We decided to stay and it was without regrets. Hot chocolate was fabulous and so were churros and chocolate. The staff member was lovely, he turned on the heaters for us upon asking right away. Minus one star for the ambience. Would love to return.

Long wait for takeaway that the sundaes we ordered were half melted by the time we got them, part of our order was left out, disappointed

the prices are abit more expensive than most places but there are great varieties to choose from. my friends and i bought the fondue for two and shared it among three of us and it was more than enough for all of us.

We came here around 8.00pm. The place was full with lots of kids around. we ordered the chocolate soufflé and Crepes. The chocolate soufflé was not warmed up enough and the crepes did not have enough chocolate. The ice cream however was delicious. Overall an “ok” dessert place.

Cafe was nice however very small dishes compared to the photos. The taste was alright but not worth coming back! The mocha didnt taste that good it was mostly milk chocolate inspite of asking for dark. The small cake was too sweet and the vanilla ice cream tasted weird and un usual.

second time ive been here hoping to change my impression buy in comparison to other dessert / chocolaterias was very mediocre. it wasnt fabulous and pretty disappointing bc it was quite pricy.<br/><br/>the hot chocolate was actually amazing, and it came out extremely quick, but that was it. the shake was actually pretty disappointing, it was just presented nicely but too much. my friend enjoyed the rose drink but it was weird to me.<br/><br/>we didnt finish the churros nor the caramel waffle. the churros was quite cold and hard even though it took a while to come to us. the caramel waffle was pretty nice and different - strawberries were amazing. everything was just average, wasnt impressed :/

✔️ Came here with a few people after dinner, it was nice and quiet so it was perfect to chill. We started off with coffees which came quite quickly. I enjoyed the strong coffee blend. The white hot choc was very much up my alley - recommend for sweet tooth’s.<br/><br/>❌ For a popular dessert place, it was really disappointing. Everything on the fondue plate was a fail - the marshmallows were stale, the fruit was warm and I don’t understand why the churros were cold and stale when it took so long to ‘cook’ them. For a platter of that quality, that took over half an hour to prepare, it’s just not acceptable. The service was very below average, the workers were rude and did not care for us. Definitely will not be returning, I have heard the Merrylands store is better, but there are far too many greater options <br/><br/>Food: 2/5<br/>Presentation: 3.5/5<br/>Service: 1.5/5 <br/>Location: 3/5

Food was quite enjoyable. Waitresses were ok. The Islamic boys were slightly intimidating, hence why I cannot provide you with a higher score. Thank you

Went there on Saturday night and loved it! Great range of desserts and a great atmosphere. The staff and manager were very friendly. We ordered the Churros, exploding chocolate sundae, honeycomb pancakes and 2 hot chocolates, everything was delicious.  Will definitely go again!

We decided to go here late at night and it wasn’t too busy yet the customer service we got was still poor. <br/><br/>❌ we walked in and seated ourselves with nobody greeting us at all<br/>❌ we ended up having to call the staff over to get the menu as he was more interest in service/hanging out with a loud group who were there at the time as they seemed like his mates<br/>❌ the outdoor seating area was just dirty in general with insects and we found a dead cockroach sandwiched in between our two tables <br/>❌ had to ask twice for some table water and extra cutlery <br/><br/>Food wise the churros were good but that doesn’t make up for the poor customer service.

Went out for desert with some friends 15.1.18 the staff were very accommodating With great customer service they have a large selection of deserts and beverages <br/> I ordered a hot chocolate and was very nice I will be definitely returning. 😊

Fast service and great food! Good for those with a sweet/ chocolate tooth! I had the 'Nutella Milkshake' which at first i though would be very chocolatey and too filling, but to my surprise it was so light (the drink itself) which made it easy to drink all of it, I would definitely recommend this shake. The overall ambience was welcoming and it was quite affordable.

Wasn't to bad , waited for quiet a bit to be served , ordered the chocolate pyramid but it was really dry in the middle wasn't pleased at all the marshmallows tasted stale but the chocolate mousse dome was nice tasted amazing

If they have 0 star I would give them a 0. I bought a chocolate fondant for 4 vouncher from groupon. We want to try out new places in the area. Came there just on time at 8pm. But no one bother greeding us. Told them we have voucher from Groupon, they immediately turn around talking to each other and told us they don't have the app to scan the voucher. We had to wait half an hour. Then a girl turned up and told us their app won't work we have to come back the next day. I told them they can take a photo of the code and scan it later. We won't come back. They let us wait for another half an hour still nothing. We decided to leave. So rude. Never go there if you still want to be treated like human.

Unlike it's Liverpool counterpart i find this store a little better. Customer service here is definitely much better.<br/>Whilst the menu items are the same there is a slight difference in the way desserts are made and presented.<br/><br/>The ferrero icecream here wasnt as creamy (it was rather a bit icey) and the souffle did not ooze out chocolate as it always does when ordered in Liverpool.<br/><br/>The cakes where however quite lovely and enjoyable and their drinks are made just as good.

What do you eat to end a day of burgers? A @chocolatesdelmondo chocolate dessert burger of course 😁<br/><br/>A toasted English muffin sandwiches rich vanilla ice cream, fresh banana, strawberries and mini mallows before being liberally doused in Belgian milk chocolate and crispearls 🍔<br/><br/>As per usual...I like my burgers messy and saucy and this was no different! Winter may be coming.... Might as well make friends with the cooler side of life ✌

Not quite as good as the city counterparts but still not bad for the Bankstown area.<br/><br/>Building on the reputation of the original Liverpool store, it doesn't quite reach the same heights but still not a bad experience either.

Great place for all chocoholics. They've got a pretty extensive menu with lots of different desserts on offer. Great for all ages. <br/><br/>Prices are reasonable and staff are always polite. Food comes out quick which is a plus as it gets very busy during peak times. Love their shakes and I also enjoy their coffees. <br/><br/>Food is very much on par with the likes of Max Brenner, San Churro etc., but I feel like they could use a facelift inside which would really improve the ambience.

If you live for chocolate, ice cream, brownies and churros. Then you've come to the right place! Their choc churro brownie sundaes are the BOMB!!! <br/><br/>Their chocolate tastes just like Max Brenner and Oliver Brown, which I love so much 😍<br/><br/>It just mixes so well with everything, that I can't fault any bit of this dessert. The serving is generous while the price is just right 👌🏼<br/><br/>It's perfect for dates, cause you'll get to eat most of 😋.. Unless your dates fairly big and has a big appetite, then I feel sorry for you buddy 🙁<br/><br/>✌🏼️ ** Showtime **<br/>

Chocolates Del Mondo is an awesome place to go for some sweets and desserts. <br/><br/>So me and my friends went for a crazy dessert session here and we pretty much went all out with the desserts. Ordered cakes, ice creams, cakes, sundaes... the list goes on. <br/><br/>This place is truly a chocolate lover's paradise!

The signature taste of their chocolate was very prominent and refreshing with their generous serving of the hot beverage. I had already consumed half the drink before SweetD could finish looking at her photos!

Del Mondo is definitely a place worth checking out as their wide array of options will suit any sweet tongue, I am sure

Confusion and Noise. The place is extremely noisy and hectic; that is, the atmosphere is terrible. The wait staff are often confused and don't seem to know what they're doing, though that could just have been their first shift. However, the waffle was, according to my mother, not fresh and my own mango gelato tasted quite chemically. Macarons were nice, although they weren't made in-house obviously. Overall, not the most enjoyable experience. Would not come here again if it can be helped.

Yummy! I recommend the fondu which comes with fresh strawburries, churros, and banana it is a heavenly treat.. also ask for caramel chocolate if u hav a real sweet tooth. The hot chocolat is really nice n very chocolatly.. u can really tell that the chocolate is of high quality as it i very smooth and delitious, compared to the clumpy geewy chocolate ive tasted at other chocolate cafes. service was great and our order came in no time. i would also recommend trying their waffles, bannana bread and pink lady drink.

Great desserts. Especially the Belgium chocolate. It does become very busy.....

It was nice and quiet on a Thursday night. Delicious brownie dessert and the Italian hot chocolate was rich and yummy. Friendly staff.

Too noisy,bland deserts & not always fresh & tasteless hot chocolate.<br/>Never going back.
