Review Nando's - Bankstown

Doesn't matter how many times I 'try again ' it always ends up in the bin. I like the idea of getting a roast and veg for dinner but the taste is just so inedible for me. Just super salty mush. Get a woolies chicken people, you will be way more satisfied!

I like this restaurant. Always fresh and good taste chicken. Also clean. Good management. I tried new burger " hellfire burger " I think nothing new. Just ==> chicken burger + hot sauce It would have been a special burger if it contained special ingredients in a hamburger. But nothing was special. Not spicy. Roasted chicken is best food in this restaurant.

Food was okay. Spicy chicken flavour was quite average. Extremely salty and the sauce was not that great.

Called in to get some blotting paper before tonight drinking session the young lady at the counter was excellent very helpful cheers

Good chicken restaurant, meal are a bit difficult to navigate, more focused on their fried chicken now than their roast chickens

How hard is it to give customers what they ordered and want .. i clearly stated to the little lady 3 times ..Cheesy nuggets.. Every time at any red rooster ..you clowns manage to stuff the orders up.. train your staff to repeat the orders back or give the customers there bloody receipt to check .. or better yet. Head office.. re name your nugget selection..so your pathetic staff can do their job correctly..it’s not that hard.I’veworked fast food before.. listen and care .. Pathetic as usual

Tbh I didn't enjoy it the gravy wasn't satisfying the chips was stale the chicken was tasteless only liked the pineapple fritters

My favourite food but bankstown shops staff are too lazy & customer service is too poor... I put 1 star only for staff behaviour... if there is any other option thn I didn't put any star...

The worst customer service ever. The staffs are rude in this branch(Bankstown). I would never go to this place again and not recommend anyone to go there.

Nandos is one of my favourite places to eat out, however this branch has continued to disappoint on all occasions. Poor service and the quality of food is terrible. Won't be going back again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful always love it. My 3 sons love bankstown nandos branch because of the staff� also we dont wait long for our food �

If you want the overseas sweat shop experience this is the place. Tried to defend staff being yelled/bullied in front of customers. Got told by the owner "I can do what I like, I am the owner" When told I will complain to Nandos. I was ushered out with my name is "None of your business"

We ordered some Hot chicken and as sides some garlic bread. The chicken was real soft and so juicy. They are real worth for every penny they demand. My small order took around 8 mins to be served while I am sure they worked it really hard to not keep me waiting!<br/>It was surely a treat for me and my hubby. Garlic bread are his favourite, and he was so happy as well. The bread was buttered well and yet it was so crispy. A very nice experience. Definitely going back!

Love their chicken, love the facts that they’re grilled fresh to order, never once had to have old chewy chicken<br/>I personally didn’t enjoy the coleslaw, I think it’s too much dressings, the slaws is really fresh and crunchy, if only it didn’t have too much dressings on :)

Chicken and hummus pita was delicious. The pita bread was cold on the bottom and warm on top which felt a bit weird. The item was placed on the edge of the plate, which made it difficult to pick up and it spilled over the table when I picked it up. Staff delivered my order to the wrong person who took it back to the counter, they scraped off the chips and then gave it to me... which was fine I guess as I watched it go down and the other customer didn't handle my food.

Can’t complain about a Nando’s feed and mine today was good. <br/><br/>I have been here many times but today I opted for some post PT protein and got some ribs and a side of corn. <br/><br/>I love me some chicken ribs.

Fast and Friendly service. <br/>Food came out quickly. <br/>Chicken and chips were fresh and tasted good. <br/><br/>Good atmosphere. <br/><br/>Toilets however had issues, were unsanitary, urinal was broken and hand dryer was removed from the wall with no other way to dry your hands. (In the male toilet) <br/>
