Review Mcdonald's - Bankstown

Staff need to be more experienced. Simple order took 15 minutes while not many customers on site. Mostly kids were working and having fun. Very casual girls in handling customers. Cleaning is pretty bad seems they are not targetting international brand just local community. No power sockets or anything where you can work. Two dirty MacDonald one at Silverwater Road Auburn and this is second one. Brand need to ensure they are maintaining standards across the fleet.

The name of the burger is Aussie Angus, but could you imagine the Aussie Angus without the beef patty? Could you trust staffs who don't apologize for their mistakes?

McDonald's Bankstown on rickard rd. Is Carpark usually full at 11am M-F why? As only 4 customers inside restaurant seated at the time? only other customers in drive thru. Toilets dont appear cleaned from yesterday 19/5/22 very poor appearance and cleanliness? Otherwise the Entrance in the side street. Very long drive through queue but taste really good.

Worst experience at any macca’s ever. Waited for my order for over 30 minutes and there were no other orders except deliveries. Staff are so immature and inexperienced. Customers can hear their casual conversations and childish talks. Not professional at all. The staff can also be seen out of uniform such as not wearing a hat or an apron especially back area crew. The manager does not care for the dine in customers at all, only caring for the drive through and delivery orders. Hygiene is a definite failure here. Back area crew does not change gloves after touching unhygienic places then proceeds to touch food after.

I went there on the way home from work. Ordered me a double big Mac with a frozen coke. The machine said that there was a problem printing my reciept. I thought there was gonna be an issue regarding that but there wasnt. The order took almost 20 minutes! After what was probably 20 minutes I went to ask them about it and they said 'Sorry about that, we forgot your order because we were busy'. Yeah you weren't busy when I ordered. Then when they gave me my food I released it was sitting there for 16 minutes 😡 and to top it all off the burger was messily made. Sauce was everywhere and it was inedible. That store has completely put me off McDonald's

Very unhappy dining experience. I ordered eat in at around 3pm Sunday at Bankstown. It was not that busy. The order came out totally wrong. Only half the order was taken and the other have was wrong. I approached the manager who was not apologetic. All the manager was worried about was that I pay for the rest of the food that was missing. I had no problem with paying. They got it wrong again. The wait was long and the food was cold. I just gave up. Poor service from a big name restaurant.

Most of the staff are very careless! They would leave u talking and walk away! They even gave me a happy meal without a toy! Only discovered when I got back home and my kid was so sad.. there was also a safety issue in the kids play area and they didn't even lock the door! Only had a sign! All kids were there playing and when I complained that the door should have been locked the lady replied to me "we locked it"!! How is that even making sense! How are we now taking in the play area if the door is locked!! Staff totally lack common sense as if they come from a different planet!
