Review Oporto - Bankstown

I've had a very hit and miss experience with these guys, their consistency is really bad. Last month I went there and the chicken box meal was perfect, this month the salad was very bitter and off. They have no concept of food temperatures or appropriate storage. They also run out of things, this one time the kid in the front counter told me that they were out of everything, all they had was chicken, chips and rice. I ordered that and he gave me those small garlic dips, sadly most of them were out of date. In all honestly, I'm surprised they haven't given someone food poisoning yet. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Friendly staff, small but cosy seating with outdoor seating as well. Easy to park. Food was fresh and tasty. Recommended if your in the area.

Ordered 2 bondi meals 1 with chilli the other without. They made both with chilli. Seriously you guys need to listen closely to your customers. Never going there again

I am the frequent customer who always orders chilli cheese fries with extra extra extra cheese and everytime I come here, they never ever disappoint ❤!!! the workers are all super friendly, the kitchen is clean, the food is fresh and delicious, I've never gotten an order wrong, and the service is extremely quick ! :) yall are all legends fr I shall definitely be back for my chilli cheese fry fix soon ❤❤

BEWARE and check the receipt on how much they charge you; we were charged $40 over the amount ordered but because I gave my card for my child to tap and only checked my statements a week later when it was too late to rectify the mistake they made. They either did it unintentionally or they are scamming customers !!! Won't ever go back.

I feel repulsed that I even had to issue 1 star as they deserved none. We ordered a chicken share meal & double otropo meal on a Wednesday night, and we were the only customers in store. Wait time was somewhat tolerable but not exactly reflective of the lack of customers in store. After waiting over 20 mins for our food we went home to realise they had forgotten our chips. We called to let them know what happened (spoke with Andrew) and we were told to come in and pick them up and they would give us additional chips to make up for the inconvenience. We told them that by the time we get back to store and back in peak traffic the food will be cold and the guy agreed to re-make the food. We returned the previously made food, were given what we believed to be a new set of food only to get home to cold chips, and no additional chips for the stuff up. Highly unprofessional that I had to return to their store instead of them delivering and also rude that they didn't compensate us for their stuff up. I won't be returning or recommending their business. Not impressed at all.

Friendly staff. Order took forever to get ready. Part of the order sat for 4mins before the rest of my order was getting cooked. Customer served after me had theyre order ready and had left for 5mins before my order was ready
