Review Sweetiz - Bankstown

Good coffee and friendly staff. Ample sitting space with variety in the menu. Portions are big. Just borrow a book from the library and enjoy. Probably add bit of Instrumental music would be great

There's been a recent change in ownership and management of this cafe. New menu, with some daily specials. I had the bacon egg burger and my friend had the salmon stack. Both were great! Coffee is decent, not sour or bitter. I would classify this as a kid friendly cafe since it's right outside the library, which has a kids area.

Very conveniently located cafe for library goers. This cafe offers a selection of lunch and breakfast options from sandwiches to burgers to smoothies, cakes and desserts. Serving sizes are quite large and everything is made fresh to order.

I come here regularly and I’ve never had a bad experience with their service, food or coffee. The new coffee beans (The Little Marionette) are awesome. I love their tunacado or salmon sandwiches on sour bread👌🏼👌🏼Great indoor and outdoor seating. Can’t go wrong here. Their new manager, Kris and all the staff are legends😊 Highly recommend👌🏼

Stopped in here after a movie with my friend, for a quick bite to eat... Fast excellent service, on a good range of Cafe offerings, the Angus beef hamburger I had was soft, moist, delish and very tasty indeed! Hit the spot just right with. coffee and hazelnut frappe. My friends quiche Lorraine got the thumbs up as well. Do drop in for lunch or all day breakfast .

We discovered this gem of café recently whilst visiting the Library in Bankstown. I had a cappuccino and the Gourmet Chicken Burger and my friend had the Lamb Kofta Plate. Both meals were delicious and they know how to make great coffee. Their menu is extensive and varied and the prices are all quite reasonable. There seems to be daily specials as well. I think there's been a recent change in ownership and management of this cafe. A great experience, worth a looksee.

Food at this cafe lacks versatility and its made from really low quality ingredients. From working here, I can say that the meat used here including chicken and turkey is made from reconstituted meat. The meat products are stored in containers for way too long, where there is gelatinous substance between the slices of meat. I've seen the manager handle the meat without washing his hands and eat from the container. Some of the sweets in the display fridge such as the danishes and mini cakes are usually leftovers from a function. In addition, this establishment is run by a man who is racist and speaks very rudely of most of the customers. Especially, WOMEN! If you want to be served by a racist, misogynist please save your time and don't go here. They're all about being cheap and serving low quality food. The only good thing about the place is their coffee.

Invited friends for lunch before a show, their menu looked interesting. Alas nothing available but toasted sandwiches served in a paper bag and coffee in a paper cup. The girl at the register didn't know what she was doing. Very disappointed, cannot recommend.
