Review Mcdonald's - Bankstown

Rip to the BTS meal.. The ice cream machine is always broken.

I went to Mcdonalds Bankstown Centro and I happened to stumble and break my arm, and out of the blue, an employee named Kristina ripped off her own arm to give to me! She really took initiative and proved to me that she was a star quality worker! I also just gone bankrupt and lost everything including my wife and house, so Kristina bought me a house and married me! Love this customer service!

Terrible customer service, I've ordered 2 happy meal with 3 pieces of chicken nuggets for my kids, 1 happy meal is nothing missing but other happy meal is missing a 1 pieces chicken nuggets. My kid said "why my one only 2 chicken nuggets?" That's how I know is missing 1, my kid is so sad coz is too less for him. I would never go there if my kids don't like Mc Donald, I keep asking what they like to eat & they said "I want happy meal".. I will try to get them KFC next time, they don't mind eating KFC but they perfer Mc Donald 😏.

Went there the other day. I ordered a chicken and cheese burger with fries and a Fanta. Took 10 minutes even tho it wasn’t that busy and the Fanta was warm and flat. There was no sauce on the burger as well. Went to take the drinks back and the staff were very rude. The girl working there was very stubborn and unprofessional at doing her job. Never coming back again.

I was served a cold burger. The quality was bad, seems like burger was already cooked for hours

Customer service has grown a bit better although I don't think the crew understands that we do see how they act publicly and that we can see them serving the food slower than normal

The staff taking the orders was pleasant until I was waiting for my meal. The girl in charge of calling out the numbers was having a bad hair day, it was as if her dog had died. Never once did she smile. I waited 10 minutes for my number to be called. Thinking that a big mac meal will come out in no time. Decided I had enough and asked for a refund. Approached the staff asking for a refund and was met with attitude demanding I queue back in line for my refund. Never coming back here, don't think they really care anyway.
